I go here for my maternity it is the worst doctor never tells me any information about the baby the receptionist don't speak proper English the wait is forever and when I asked for a note when the doctors put me on bed rest it took them a week to give it to me my job thought I was lying I hate going here the service is unbelievable you get there on time and leave two hours later be prepared for the wait and unprofessionalism

Ugh, where's the zero star option? I was sent over from the adolescent location after I became eighteen years ago but they never told me the attention was gonna be horrible. My only regret is that it took me too long to change practices. I hated how uncaring the office was when it came to changes due to holidays or providers' decisions. Most of the dental appointments I had made in the past were cancelled by them and never rescheduled me.
I had to call back only to be seen SEVERAL months afterwards. The same happened for behavioral health and for an annual physical too. Not only that but people have to always consider going in person just to make an appointment because the hold times and transfers are outrageous by phone. You are either lucky if the right department answers right away or unlucky and have to wait a long time for the call to drop. In conclusion, please try to look for a better practice because this one might just neglect you for way too long.

If I could give them NO STARS I would! This place is horrible. make you WAIT 2 months for an appointment to cancel it without giving a new 1. Making you stand outside on a long line to be told u are on this line JUST TO MAKE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT. I CHANGED DOCTORS TODAY IM SO DONE WITH THAT UNORGANIZED PLACE!

Everybody gets check at entrance in case of Covid. Good. They try to do appointments over phone if you get app or open account is so easy to change appointments get refills, they call and email with reminders and constantly on top of you to keep you treatments absolutely clean, they take time to explain meds and teach you how to use your medical equipment.
They have many numbers to get in contact. If you don't get the doct, is nurses or information. It's easy to find the help. Is always. where to find answers but don't be calling the doctors to make questions that you could get answers from the farmacy. If you get labs done you will get appointment for doctor but if something comes out they will be get crazy to find you before the lab reading appointment. If they're full for lab you will be sent across st also part of them. The wait time is fair.

I have my prenatal care with urban health this is my first child! With your first child, you want to know a little bit everything because it's all new to you. Well listen here I'm five months and yet still don't know what I'm having. They fired the sonogram agency and now the clinic has become worse they don't even do sonograms in this location anymore. Literally the worse clinic very unprofessional! Staff is illiterate.
