PA Kevin Lake is very nice & very patient. He takes time with me & listens intently (even if there's muzak playing in his head! LOL!) My mother had him & Dr. Nathan Everding and she spoke so highly about them & of course, I saw how well they treated my mother, (this was about 6-8 yrs ago the doc replaced her shoulder too!) that when I had an opportunity to get a second opinion, I thought of him! I NEVER turned back once he passed MY "prayer test". I've been happy every since. Thanks PA Kevin & Doc

Lindsey is a very thorough and caring provider. Always asks at the end of visit if any other issues. Then says to call if anything new develops in her area of expertise. I can't say one way or another about the doctors since we never got an appointment, but the front office staff is incompetent. They can't make an appointment for a self-pay patient because that's insurance fraud.so not having insurance constitutes insurance fraud? Apparently voluntarily paying your own bill is somehow illegal now. That's interesting, since Upstate will make self-pay appointments with $150 deposit at the first visit - I guess they're complicit in insurance fraud.

My fiance was referred to Dr. (Alan) Lemley following a trip to the ER. From our very first encounter via phone I knew the offices were extremely professional. My fiance had surgery and has healed remarkably well since the incident. Dr. Lemley is an absolutely fantastic surgeon. His X-ray tech, nurse Stephanie, and Susan in DBL are all wonderful assets to the SOS team. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the quality of care my fiance received. SOS works like a well oiled machine. Truly incredible. Thank you Dr. Lemley & team for your hard work and expertise. We are SO appreciative!

We went to SOS for my daughter's wrist because she fell and hurt it at school recess. We didn't have an appointment and I thought they took walk-ins, but found out that they only took walk-ins after 5pm. The staff was amazing and took us in. Dr. Riggs fit us into her schedule and we found out that my daughter broke her wrist. The team was phenomenal! Everyone was helpful, informative, patient, and caring. I would definitely recommend!
