, I have been a long time patient amazing Dr's and nurses. Unfortunately though the same cannot be said for the front reception. very disappointing to say the least. I won't go into detail except to say please do better! Do the job you are hired to do which includes double checking appointments are actually scheduled. Sad I have to drive 1 hour out of my way to only be told oops the appointment was deleted, will need to reschedule.

This is the best doctors office, doctor and nurse I have ever had for me and my family. The entire place runs very smoothly. Dr. Gavranic and Nurse Chelsea, Lisa and the Dietician are always compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend here and am grateful for their care.

Good doctors but lack of booking options and poor customer service. Doctors are usually booking for 2+ weeks out. No walk-in option for urgent issues. Will charge you if you go to a walk-in clinic for urgent service. Receptionist said that if you don't like it, you should go elsewhere.

Dr. Grafham is amazing, he takes the time to understand your issue and guide you in the best direction. The new portal is a stressfree way to book an appointment as the old system didn't work well. I hope they are able to continue with telephone appointments.

Absolutely the worst, do not go here. I regret ever signing up with this clinic. I NEVER see my doctor, it's always a random nurse. I've been waiting for a call back now for 2 WEEKS to get a vaccine that I really need and when I call them the office is closed. Just called, it is Wednesday and the office is closed at 1:30pm? Ridiculous. I'm better going off to a walk in clinic where I know I will be seen by a doctor and they have hours past 1:30pm. You have been warned. Edited to add: what is wrong with your phone lines? Every time I try to call I'm either hung up on, there is no tone, or just a static tone?

They cancel your appointment WITHOUT NOTICE! 1. They have already closed 40min ago, but google shows they still opens right now. 2. They cancelled my appointment booked 4 months ago. 3. They claimed that they called me several times before the cancellation. But I got nothing. They have my email address and real address, and they didn't even bother to let me know about the cancellation.

To conclude: they just follow some "procedures" and they don't actually care about your live or death. How can a person can be as evil as this? Especially, being a "DOCTOR"? U know you could KILL people by canceling their appointments?

I've been going to King West for years. I've been through a few doctors there due to retirement, moving clinics, etc. but my current doctor is one of the best I've had yet (Dr. Guckian). He is on time and attentive to your needs. He offers suggestions before simply writing a prescription. He has even personally called to follow up regarding health issues which I haven't had a GP do before.

Unless you're unemployed this isn't the place for you. Called today to book an appointment and got I'll put you through to the nurse to leave a voicemail, she can advise you over the phone. If I wanted medical advice over the phone I'd call telehealth. So again I said I'd like to book an appointment. Next I got fine tomorrow at 10am, 12pm, 1pm. Well I have a job I can't call in over a dr's appointment hours before my shift, what about an end of day.

Apparently they close at 4:30 but don't book past 3:30ish and if I want an end of day appointment I'll be waiting months. I got told to call after hours and see if they can help me. Honestly this probably wouldn't have really got under my skin if I wasn't diagnosed with cancer this time last year and I'm less than a year post OP from my last surgery. In my situation it really bothers me. Now when I go to a walk in I'll get a letter in the mail from them threatening to drop me as a patient.

Administrative Staff are professional My New Dr only has 15 min for you she made that clear. Yet you are always waiting in the waiting room and in the examination room. She didn't follow through as she told me she would with an in-house clinic she can't seem to reach me on the phone yet the office has no problems nor does her collection department because she charges 20$ to fax a refill but you can't get in to see her for weeks. Been at this clinic for 47 years and it's time to find something new maybe because of the evolvement of the new aged doctors and money.

My father should of been referred to a specialist for his lungs by his doctor in June but it takes him to be rushed into a hospital by ambulance to get a referral by the Emergency Doctors at Christmas. He probably would of died if the bank teller didn't notice he was in distress. Doctors aren't like they use to be, compassionate and caring is almost non existent now a days

Very poor customer service. The doctor's we have seen have been nice enough, but the non-clinical staff is always too busy, rude, or simply not reachable. How is it that as a doctor's office your phone is always ringing busy - the clinic cannot afford more than one phone line? It makes it hard to imagine that it's worth continuing to go there.
