Dr. Michael Holloway, a native Floridian from Orlando, received his B.S. and M.D. degrees from the University of Florida. He attended Duke University for a surgical internship and in 2003 settled in Ocala and shortly thereafter acquired and fully renovated the facility that is now known as Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa.
Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa offers financing through Care Credit. With no interest for 6 months, low minimum monthly payment options, no up-front costs, no prepayment penalties and no annual fees, you can get your procedure sooner. Applications take only a few minutes and may be completed online or a member of our staff can assist you with the application process in our office.

Lifestyle Solutions is amazing. From entering the door, you feel like you are about to embark on a beautiful journey. The staff are so welcoming and sweet. If you're there for weight loss which I have been in the past, they're discreet and make you feel proud for every ounce or pound you lose. Dr. Holloway is supportive and realistic. He tells you want to expect and how to get better results each and every time.
The beauty services are also amazing. Jaqueline, their esthetician is beyond beyond beyond amazing! She makes you feel beautiful from the first step you take going up to her floor. She made my skin feel 10 years younger, and I'm only 34 years old. I am scheduling my lips to be filled by Dr. Holloway in the fall when I return to work. I am not even nervous about it, because he makes you feel so comfortable.
I would recommend this place to my friends & family anytime. They have such a wide variety of options available for anything to make you feel better about the skin you're in.

I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Holloway and his team at Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa, My weight was 281.5 lbs March of 2020. With there help and plan I had lost 70 lbs. by September 2020, by sticking with there plan I had lost 100 lbs by Dec 11 2020. Here we are 2 years later March 2022 an I am at 170. This 110 lbs weight loss made me feel Great. With the help of Dr. Holloway and his team I would still be in xxxl shirts. Thank you Dr. Holloway and your team.

Dr. Holloway did the absolute best lip fillers! He was clear and concise on what he was doing. He made sure to numb me first and that I was completely numb before starting. Took 2 syringes for me to get what I wanted. He did 1 syringe waited a month, and then did my second. And I couldn't be happier. I'm pretty sensitive to pain, and the only part I felt was the numbing which was pretty quick. And I was able to eat and drink normally a couple hours after once the numbing wore off. I would not go to any other doctor but Dr. Holloway

Excellent staff! Always accommodating and they greet you with friendly smiles. Services provided by the Doctor and staff are always above expectations. I was apprehensive about having lip filler done and the Doctor took time to talk with me helping me to feel more confident in having the procedure. It is a amazing place to work and an a even better place to get treatments. I figured what is the best way to decide for myself how good a place is every month I get a hydrofacial. my skin has never looked better. I recently started doing laser treatments on my underarms and legs. I cannot wait to be hair free. I love the people that I work with.
