Express Care Of Ocala

In March 2022 I visited this facility. The medical staff was great, the office staff should be replaced. Was informed they did not accept my insurance (Aetna) and had to pay $288 for office visit and tests. Subsequently I was reimbursed by Aetna for everything except my copay. When I asked for copies of my records to file my insurance claim was told "we normally charge for copies of patient records." Needless to say I will never visit this facility in the future. Do not recommend this facility unless it is your last choice.

I wish the VA could take on all the aspects of the Beautiful People at Express Care of Ocala! Veterans would never have a complaint and everything life would beore beautiful! Thank you for doing what they never even fathom!

Have never used walk in service until today. ALL Staff were very helpful! Pleasant experience for dental pain. This is important to note, since after 4 phone calls to dentist about the emergent nature, they could not take the time to call me back. Pretty horrible. I may just come here regularly as it's quick-good quality staff!

The most wonderful experience, the entire staff were so kind, from the receptionist, nurse, X-ray technician and Dr Robert Glore. He helped me more than I can say. Wait time under 15 minutes. Sincerely B. Wood

So glad to have found APRN Tanya Johnson! She listens and truly cares about women's health issues. At Express Care's wellness clinic you're not just another number and that's hard to find in Ocala. I highly recommend them for expert care!

Very pleased with my experience at Express Care of Ocala. The receptionist was very professional and considerate of my concerns. I had little to no wait, which was very helpful. The NP Rob who saw me addressed all of my concerns and ordered and reviewed the necessary tests. He was very knowledgeable, as well as professional, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my outcome as a patient. I will definitely be back, this was one of the best experiences I've had in a healthcare setting. Keep up the good work! Thank you all

Awesome! I can't say enough about our experience with Express Care of Ocala. The staff is very friendly.which is definitely hard to find these days! From the minute we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. On top of having a great staff, the facility is beautiful! Thank you to everyone at Express Care of Ocala! We will definitely be long time patients

My boyfriend was sent here per work order. We get inside and the front desk lady, I believe her name was Taylor, was more concerned about refilling her medical mask stock than treating my boyfriend. My boyfriend took the last mask. She left us standing at the front desk. She hasn't gave us any paperwork. She runs to the back to get another supply of masks. Meanwhile, my boyfriend is still experiencing his medical issues.

She comes back with the box. We're still waiting. She opened the box, opened the bag, etc. And we're still waiting on her. Finally the nurse calls us. There was apparently some sort of mix up with paper work. From what it seemed like, Taylor didn't know what she was doing. The doctor sees my boyfriend. Basically dismissed his injuries and sent him home with better ibuprofen. Now my boyfriend can barely move. I'll be calling this number here shortly to report Taylor because she seems so unprofessional.

Highly recommend this facility. Brought my sick infant son in on a Sunday afternoon with a high fever. I was very pleased with the front desk check in and the intake procedure by the nurse. We were seen in a very timely manner by Carol and she was able to quickly diagnose my son's illness and call in the medication he needed. I was very appreciative of the quality of care she provided my son. I will definitely be back and look forward to using their primary care services for myself.
