The receptionist who answered my phone call was absolutely horrible to deal with. Not only did she have a rude, condescending tone, she also hung up on me and I had to call back. With how many people are out looking for jobs, you shouldn't waste your resources on someone who clearly doesn't enjoy their job or take it seriously. Also over this, you have lost a loyal patient.

My mom had an appointment there today and came home completely upset about her visit. She came with a concern that was verified to be an issue and instead of showing some professionalism and compassion, she was provided with total disregard. I understand that there may have been perceived to be a language barrier but with having the resources of either a translation line or a bilingual staff available at your disposal could've assisted with what needed to be related, instead he just told her I'll see her in three months without explaining to her what was the issue and the course of treatment in the room.

He accosted his front end staff to discuss my moms issue in front of a waiting room full of people. If I'm not mistaken that is a HIPPA VIOLATION! What ever happened to quality of care because it is most definitely missing at this practice and I will be reporting them! Beware.

I tried to make an appointment with them because I am having trouble seeing. They told me that I had to make an appointment with an optometrist first and only if he/she thought it was indicated, could I see an ophthalmologist. I explained that I have been seeing an ophthalmologist virtually ever year of my life since I was 16 years old. Previously, optometrists have tried and failed to correct my vision.

As a teenager, after walking around half blind during my entire childhood, my ophthalmologist analyzed the prescription of my eyeglasses and said "Is this what the victim was wearing?", meaning the prescription was not even close to what I needed. I also have a history of clots in my retinal artery, which my previous ophthalmologist found, not only saving my vision, but perhaps my life, but that was not enough to get an appointment with an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately, my previous ophthalmologist no longer takes my insurance and will not allow me to pay cash, supposedly due to contracts with insurance companies, and I was forced to change despite being willing to pay cash for a doctor who may have saved my life. But this place will NOT be my new ophthalmologist.

Not happy_ son has been going here for yrs with insurance__came for appointment wed said his insurance had a problem_come back friday on cash payment day now hes told they arent accepting new plans __cash is a new plan_? they took his insurance for yrs_with questionable results today charged him 65 dollars for a copy of his prescription and sent him on his way what a company___sorry as you get

I went to Dr. Stolte For a simple cataract surgery. After the surgery I was having issues with my eyes and he said he left some cataracts in the eye while doing the second surgery he burst a blood vessel causing my eye to be completely blood for over eight weeks he also gave me a steroid injection in the front of the eye which caused white dots that are still in my eye. Needless to say after that I went to someone else be careful

I was very nervous about the surgery and found the staff to be wonderful. They made sure I understood everything and answered my questions as well as alleviating any fears that I had. The surgery center was great. They picked me up and brought me home so I did not have to bother anyone to take me. Dr. Stolte is a very gentle and soft-spoken physician and it did not take long for me to have complete confidence in him, the staff and the surgery center.

From my very first visit to the one I recently had, I have been very, very satisfied. Everyone makes you feel as if you are part of one, big happy family. Any questions that I had were answered professionally and in terms that I easily understood. When I had my surgery, everything was explained beyond my expectations. All of the staff was very helpful and caring.

Every time I have been there, before surgery, after surgery and every follow-up has been a real wonderful experience. I would never hesitate to go there for all of my eye care. My eyes have been terrific and have not had any problems what-so-ever. Thank you all for everything.
