I moved here from Clearwater and was on the search for a new primary care. Well, I was fortunate enough to become a patient at this facility. I've been treating with Dr. P. for countless years and b4 that with Dr. G. Love them and their entire staff. I never feel rushed and I ALWAYS feel heard. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's because they take their time and listen to their patients, so for that I can afford them a lil patience (pun intended).

I'll be honest the doctor is great, every other person that works in both offices make her job and life harder. I've had over 3 occasions with problems scheduling appointments, follow ups, etc. One of the occasions they told me I had an appointment for a follow up I never even knew about? I've had trouble getting prescriptions because the people in the office forget about you, I've driven from the pharmacy to the doctors office I don't know how many times because of the bad communication.

The Dr. was nice but she was not pleasant that I had went to a dermatologist for my 6 month cancer screening test in which they found a squamous cell and she did not want to sign the paper for the referral for him to remove it. They tell you, you need a test for something but never set it up. She is nice but wants everything done in house. The front desk is so unorganized except for Ruth.

Not a pleasant experience at all.was told to pay more money to receive paper work back that i had filled out that only required doctors signature on the form. all this after i had all ready paid for the procedure.would not give me the form until i paid again. not the way to do business in my opinion.
