I would give them less than a star if it was possible call at 8:45 was on the phone on hold till I walked in the door saying I'm the 7th person in line no one in the office except for one person sitting at the desk doing nothing then proceeded to tell me I have to fill out paperwork that takes 45 minutes so that would make me late for my appointment and they needed to reschedule this place is a joke I would not recommend this to anyone wasted my time took the day off of work for absolutely nothing but a waste of time what a joke

The answering service company is terrible! Understandable there are no refill requests on the weekends however I'm a asthmatic and in need of my inhaler since my bag was stolen. After explaining this to the women on the phone she was ridiculously nasty! I called back to speak to someone else and she allegedly put my request through but it's funny I did not receive a call back. This is not the time to deny folks of a emergency request especially asthmatics and such this needs to change!

Whete do i begin? On one occasion FMC center sent me to the ER saying i had a hernia even though i told them it was not a hernia, it was a lymph node infection and i had to find a camcer doctor and arrange for a.biopsy. Recently i was treated for a hemeatoma and absess but apparantly the wrong xray was ordered and i.still have a problem with the leg.
I suffer from arthritus and vertigo but FMC changed the time of a long scheduled appointment and neglected to imform me on time and Dr Zaccari refused to see.me when I arrived although I was in pain and had many questions. usualy i am adsigned a p.a. instead of a real doctor. There were other issues

New patient only for a few months and I will be seeking medical attention elsewhere because this place is ridiculous. They don't answer the phone. I leave voice messages and they don't call me back. So when I call back they say "oh the doctor says xyz" but how was I supposed to know that if you didn't call me back? They receptionists are rude. Medical assistants are incompetent. Its ridiculous. Alicia Grigsby is not great at her job, dont go to her. These are people health you guy guys are messing with. Do better!

Had 4 hernias and had Whalen Clark, MD as my surgeon. I have never had a more pleasant and stress free hospital experience than my surgery was. From my initial consult/diagnosis/treatment decision to surgery and post op every one involved with the mission to end my suffering and bring me back to a state of normality were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind and friendly and made me feel genuinely cared about and did so with such professional manor that I never felt nervous or fearful at anytime. I am beyond impressed and highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs such services. Special shout out to Dr Clark for his excellent work on me, thank you very much.

The people at the reception desk were rude. I get bronchitis every year but medical "professionals" want to make me wait outside even though I know its not covid related.people still get regular sick. I was so upset at the way I was treated I left. Still can't breathe and now I have to go to the ER. Think about how you are treating people.

This place is a disgreace. They are so expensive and the service sucks, sloppy health care service. 1 The Nurse practitioner doctor has no time for patient ruching you out. I've paid so much to be seen + blood work and paid Again just to receive the result. Pfff. I hope they fixed this.or maybe they have favorites.

My best friend went to Doctor Jasmine Siskas office and experienced the worst care by their nurse and/ or medical assistance staff. Ever since she experienced COVID, she has had some kind of neurological imbalance causing her to not be able to walk. After several trips to the ER and no answers, she went to this office with hope of help & care to find answers to what it is She's experiencing.
After being checked into a room, she over hears the floor staff speaking loudly saying things like "this girls never going to be able to walk again. It's been all over the news" etc. It was beyond unethical and unprofessional. Especially when a person is scared & their life has changed drastically in a period of weeks, the lack of empathy towards a patient left my friends crying and in loss of hope. She left the office without even being seen thanks to these remarks. The staff should be ashamed!

The doctors and other people working at this place are great. my issue is with the corporate billing department. i went one time and paid when i was done. i then received a bill for additional charges that i did not agree to. i paid it, whatever. i canceled a future appointment at the office, then was billed $50 for "no show"

No wonder there is a 3 star review. I left Tampa and was in lots of traffic and rain. Called the office because I knew I was gonna be late. I believe I spoke with Erica, I may have her name wrong. I said I was going to be late and I told her the time I would arrive she did mention there is a 15 mins grace although I was gonna be 20 mins later. I asked should I reschedule she said no they should see me.

Terrible terrible terrible. Time is everything. You know that when you have injury, diseases or recent loss of life. This facility has no time management or care. My appointment was almost 2 hrs ago and I'm so excited to have one person ahead of me. It's easy to walk way or cancel but when you require medications that affect your health you can't.
It's a shame they would do this. I'm here to see Dr. Zachary and his front office can't even gauge when he will see me which is also BS because I have my own therapy clinic. Stay away. The time is now. Don't waste it here. A doctors office needs to respect your time or what do you think the care will Be like. I'm out before I'm in.

I have never had a problem with Florida Medical Clinic until I had to change locations due to my primary care physician passing away. I called the FMC in Riverview and let them know I needed a new PCP and that I was taking a Schedule II drug, so I would need to see a MD to get my refills. I wouldn't get an appointment for almost 3 weeks, then when I arrived, I learned I was going to be seen by the ARNP, Debra Jeakle. Debra is AWESOME.
I wish she was an MD so I could see her, but she cannot refill my presciption. She apologized and said she didn't know why the staff would schedule me with her. So basically- I paid for an entire doctor visit that was nothing more than a physical exam. She also said that office does not even have an MD, which I found odd. Reluctantly, I had to make an appointment with Dr. Zaccari for ANOTHER date ANOTHER 3 weeks out.
This has now been a month WITHOUT my medication. I called the office yesterday to confirm my appointment for this week since I hadn't heard anything, and the girl I talked to at this location was absolutely rude. She said she has no clue why someone would schedule me with this doctor because he will not take on new patients. So there I was, attempting to schedule a THIRD visit when I haven't had my meds in over a month.
They recommend me to ANOTHER doctor. I'm sorry FMC but this is horrible. I am a very, very patient and understanding person but this mix up just kept getting more and more convoluted. I made an appointment elsewhere in the end.

I don't know where to start! Okay first of all this facility is a one stop shop for all medical needs! So convenient! When you make an appointment they will email you the day before and you can check in so you don't have to waste your time doing it at the clinic. Front desk staff. outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond! Wait to see a doctor 5-7 minutes.
The nurses who bring you back are very friendly and listen to your initial concerns. Dr. Frederick M. Malibiran is the most AMAZING physician in the world! He is extremely polite, very intelligent, and spends adequate time with his patients. Treats you like family. Very impressed! Never going anywhere ever again for medical assistance!
