I am new to the area and needed my annual eye exam. After researching several eye clinics and reading the reviews I decided to book an appointment with the eye clinic of Florida. Born in Montreal, Quebec to Chinese immigrants, Dr. Huang received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from McGill University in Montreal. Dr. Huang earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. His rotations were completed in specialties such as contact lenses, glaucoma, pediatrics, in addition to primary care.
We accept Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Tricare, and Aetna to name just a few. Vision-only plans such as VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, etc. are for routine vision care only. These standard check-ups are simply exams to check for new glasses or contact lens prescriptions. Patients may only access their vision plan once every one to two years.
PanOptix is the first trifocal lens implant in the US. It's been available since late 2019. About 40% of our patients choose it for their lens implant for cataract surgery. Patients love it because it's an effective technology for reducing the need for distance and near glasses. A cataract is a yellowing of the natural lens in the eye.

Dr. Attri is exceptional. My daughter began seeing her three years ago and Dr. Attri discovered a pressure change in my daughters eyes when another doctor discounted the finding. Thanks to her excellent skills my daughter has her eyesight. My family is forever grateful to this extraordinary professional.

I was seen as soon as I got there even though I was 15 minutes late. They were very understanding the technician was very kind and theral. This was my first time seeing Dr Attri and I was very impressed by her. She was very theral and found out what the problem was and I can't thank her enough for spending the time she did with me and listen to what was going on with my eyes.
She removed the little cups that were put in my eyes several years ago from surgery and it's only been a couple of hours ago and I can't believe how much it's already helped me. Thank you very much I would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I had cataract removal from both eyes over a five week period. Dr. Ahad Mohootchi was absolutely the most skilled surgeon and Dr Attri's attention to detail in followup was outstanding! Compassionate and caring doctor's and staff plus the blessing of 20/20 vision again. If you want the best in eye care it's The Eye Clinic of Florida, Same Day Surgery Center and See Better Optical. The doctors and staff are amazing and ALWAYS exceed our expectations! My family has been coming here for many years! I highly recommend them. I never feel rushed, and everyone always takes the time to answer any of my questions. We have moved out of Zephyrhills and I still drive a hour to come here, because the staff and service is just that good!
