Our philosophy is to provide a "medical home" with comprehensive medical care for the whole family in an uncomplicated, small setting with easy access. We are not paid by any other means or larger entities. We started this practice with the hope that the "old fashioned" small practice is an improvement from the current model of employed physician groups, for both patient and physician.

Dr. Zwaan has privileges at Exeter Hospital. Health care is a cooperative effort. I will provide you with medical care (which includes being "on call" for emergencies), including treatment, advice and information.

FAA Physicals Report

Flight physicals are available Monday through Wednesday all day and Friday mornings. The cost of the exam as of 5/2020 is $160, and an additional $40 if an EKG is required. If you have any medical conditions or an FAA letter of instruction please remember to bring that letter and the necessary paperwork (additional charges may apply).

The Exeter Executive Park is next to Appleseeds Daycare and diagonally across from Churchill's, about 1.5 miles from downtown Exeter. Our office is in the front corner of the first building.

Excellent doctor. Explains health situations fully/accurately and provides further places to research. In addition, he communicates with patients via email or by phone in unusual situations. This reminds me of how GPs used to be many many years ago - and they way they ALL need to be.

Dr. Zwaan was an excellent choice for my FAA Medical Certificate. He was personable, informative, and professional. If you are looking for a provider who will spend time with his/her patients rather than rush you out the door in 15 minutes, then look no further than Dr. Zwaan. Also, if you need an FAA certificate, its 140 bucks and done the same day. Quick and easy. Plus there were two other pilots there getting their annuals, so I am not the only one who things so.
