Dr Zeff has continued to perform beautiful results. He listens to his patients needs and wants. I was referred to Dr Zeff when my plastic surgeon, Dr Peter Pacik got out of plastic surgery to focus on Vagenism. His referral to Dr Richard Zeff has proved to be fulfilling and 110% satisfaction to my needs and wishes. Dr Zeff, I'll use in my terms as done Over the years; removal of my double chin, even after losing 40 lbs it was still there, he performed a tummy tuck, what a difference THAT made, must recently he removed my implants of 12 years from Dr Pacik, he did a breast lift with new gel implants and did liposuction around the breast area; under and sides for more definition.

I couldn't be happier with all my results. Plastic Surgeons all " think " they're the best, they're not! Always do your research, read the reviews, look at the before and after pics. The medical staff has always been nothing but professional and caring. Wish Dr Zeff could be around forever. I went to Dr. Zeff for lyposuction and could not be happier. He is professional, very thorough, and very clear about procedure and expectations. I was shocked at how great I looked the same day as my surgery and I am now one day post-op. There is a reason he has a wait list, I am so glad I chose him to do my surgery. His team in the office and the team at the Stratham surgery center were awesome as well. They really care about you and your needs. I highly recommend him, if I could give 10 stars I would!

If you are thinking of having plastic surgery, Dr. Zeff (and his staff) are amazing. I'm 46 and have had 3 kids and put off getting a tummy tuck until I felt comfortable with the surgeon. Dr. Zeff and his staff are not only extremely professional but extremely kind! From my first consult appointment to my last post op appointment it has been great, worth the 1.5 hour drive!

Simply put, Dr. Zeff changed my life. I have been dealing with a bodily defect for many, many years, and have always contemplated having corrective surgery. This year I decided to go for it - and am so happy I chose Dr. Zeff to perform the operation. The results are fantastic. I could not have asked for a better experience. He was extremely thorough explaining the surgery, the risks, etc.

And after the surgery, he met with me once a week for a month to make sure things were healing correctly and that I was doing everything needed to get optimal results. Go elsewhere. For Dr Zeff some operations are easy enough to do and he might have a lot of experiences. But for us, any surgery is a Big Deal and I wish he was showing more respect and trying to understand what I needed. Not just spend 10 minutes in pre-operative appointment and expect me having a life changing decisions. Not worth it. It's waisting your time.

Please go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the reviews or "votes." I have been waiting a very long time to review this doctor and am finally ready to warn others. This surgeon completely botched my surgery and did not stand by his work. He showed no compassion and did not care that I was not satisfied. I am very unhappy and wish I had gone elsewhere.

He will continue to take your money instead of being a decent human being and doing all that it takes to make sure you are happy in the end. Even if that means him taking a loss financially. After all, that's what you should look for in a surgeon.

I have had absolutely the best experience with Dr. Zeff. Dr. Zeff did a revision to a prior surgery I had and my experience with him strongly exceeded my first procedure. He and his staff take their time to make sure you are educated and comfortable with the decisions being made. Dr. Zeff is not only very personable, he is an excellent surgeon. I have been a patient of his for 15 years and he has consistently provided excellent care. His staff is also amazing and I feel so comfortable in his office. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedure you might be considering!

Many years ago I had a Procedure done that was done incorrectly and now it's years later and I've seen the awful results of that sadly have been very disappointed for many years.the past 4 years I've called tried to get my records I just get really RUDE people on the phone. over the years never once was a correction or even so much as an appointment / revision offered to me, nothing of that nature. This doctor has an old philosophy terrible technique and the office staff is so rude with absolutely zero reason to be, not a good place

I recently had a procedure done at Dr Zeff's office and could not be more pleased with the results! I am thrilled every time I look in the mirror! Dr Zeff is truly an artist, and takes pleasure in seeing the transformation. He walked me through each step of the procedure, and time frame for healing so there were no surprises. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zeff, the office, staff, or experience. I've had many consults over the years and no one has been more patient, thorough, or knowledgeable than Dr. Zeff. My surgery went very well, and my after care was also excellent. I was seen as many times as I needed and never felt rushed or like a burden. Someone always answered my emails or calls.

Dr. Zeff is my hero. I had a terrible experience with another surgeon two years ago with my first breast augmentation. I wasn't happy with the size of my implants at all, and I felt like my surgeon didn't listen to my wants and needs so I ended up with less than favorable results. I saw Dr. Zeff for a revision consult and he was incredibly kind and patient with me, and made sure to explain to me that my negative experience with the other surgeon was not my fault at all. Dr. Zeff did my revision and I have been so much happier since I've had this surgery done.

I couldn't believe how much my mood has been lifted since I've had my revision and I just feel so much better all around. My confidence and self esteem has been restored 100%! The actual procedure was quick and I have had hardly any pain at all. The whole process was easy, he is non judgmental and truly cares about his patients and their overall satisfaction. I'm really happy with the entire process. But a few things that I particularly appreciated: 1. I got the feeling that Dr. Zeff and the entire staff cared about me as a person, and wanted to get me the best result possible. 2. The office cares about privacy and handles what can be sensitive subjects for patients very well: I wasn't even asked what procedure I was looking for when I made the consultation appointment - that wasn't mentioned until I met with the doctor for the first time. 3.

Everyone made the procedure clear and understandable, as was the post-op and recovery process (along with what I had to do to help get a good result). 4. Expectations were managed - I had a good sense of the range of possible outcomes as everyone's body responds differently. I was lucky and had a very good result, but I was prepared in the event my body didn't respond quite as well. All in all, I'm very happy with not only my results, but the entire process.

The BEST thing I have ever done. I'm a 63 year old woman who just had a facelift/neck lift with Dr. Richard Zeff. My decision to have this procedure started with not being able to improve my appearance with makeup. I no longer felt pretty and makeup didn't achieve that anymore. Also I noticed men looking at me and then turning away once they saw how old I was with sagging skin. Dr. Zeff has several years experience and he knows the proper amount of skin draping that achieves a natural look. NO ONE noticed a difference but did comment that my new 'hair style' looked great!

And the biggest change was that I'm not being dismissed anymore as being an old person. Men look at me with interest. Whereas I certainly didn't do it for those reasons it is an added bonus and interesting observation. I returned to work in 14 days. When I look in the mirror I like what I see. I like looking pretty and this surgery has given that back to me. And I look good in pictures too. Yes it's a little scary having surgery but you wake up and start the healing process. The outcome is so worth it.

Dr. Wilson was my surgeon. He was simply amazing. He was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel at ease with my procedures, not to mention that the results are amazing (I had a breast lift with implants). I do want to take a moment to say that not only are Dr. Wilson and Dr. Zeff amazing and helpful, but the staff is unbelievable! I have never felt more welcome at any other place of business.

When contacting with questions, I was always answered quickly and with very detailed answers from the staff and Dr. Wilson. I will never go to any other surgeon for procedures. Thank you for helping in every possible way to make me feel as though I mattered and making me feel welcome.

I am truly impressed with the care my wife received from Dr. Wilson. This is a Doctor that takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his patients. From the first day we met him for my wife's consultation to her post op visit, Dr. Wilson remained professional as well as personable. My wife felt 100% comfortable at every visit. I was in the medical field and aesthetic industry long before I started seeing Dr Wilson. Although I never write reviews I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his amazing care in such an expert manner. Although his kindness and compassion of his manner (and technical acuity) exceeded my expectations, Dr Wilson's skills are what I have found to be so impressive.

Dr. Wilson (& Dr. Zeff) is AMAZING! Not only does he have an amazing personality - he has specific techniques for botox and fillers. He really knows what he is doing - and I have tried everywhere in NH/MA! I highly recommend these doctors. The office is beautiful and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Dr Richard Zeff is by far the best surgeon. He's very knowledgeable and very experienced! He's so nice, makes you feel 100% comfortable, and lets you make your own decisions without pressuring you. Doesn't charge you if you have questions, need advise, etc. I had many post op apts just for different questions, answered everything! I would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY recommend!

Same with above review, very quick recovery time, if you listen to his advise on quicker healing exercises. I know at least 4 other People who have had surgery by him, and love him!

I have been very pleased with Sarah Proulx, an RN who works at Dr. Zeff's office. Sarah has performed 6 hair removal procedures on my upper lip, with great success. She is very educated, kind, and gentle. Sarah always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend her.

How does Dr. Zeff not have a ton of fabulous reviews? I had breast augmentation surgery 7 years ago and still brag about the amazing, almost pain free experience I had. A friend of mine had the same surgery a few years prior to me. She is also extremely happy. Last year at a party, I overheard a woman I never met bragging about Dr. Zeff.she also had breast surgery from him. Do your research, he's the best! I was washing my floors 2 days post surgery.

I went in for a breast augmentation consultation which turned out to be very one sided. Dr. Zeff talked throughout the whole consult and was rushed for time at the end. There was no time to go over before and after pictures of his patients, nor ask questions that I have prepared. He squeezed in one or two and said, "I know you must have a million questions but we've run out of time." I had pictures I wanted to show him of the look I would like to try and achieve and he ignored them.

He charges a $100 for the consultation, non-refundable. He's thorough but doesn't seem to care about your opinion if you have questions or any anxiety about surgery. My consult with him was a huge disappointment.
