We use this website to explain to Stratham-area residents what chiropractic is - and what chiropractic isn't! I was able to walk in without an appointment and be seen right away. This was my first time and I was a little nervous, but they took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling great and will definitely be back! True professionals whose sole interest is making a patient not only pain-free but also totally aware of all procedures performed. I would highly recommend this practice.

We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the communities of New Hampshire, Massachusettes and Maine since 1997. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
Dr. Bart grew up in Poland, and immigrated to the US in 1988. He attended Logan College of Chiropractic where he was active in bodybuilding, and was a teachers assistant for Anatomy and Physiology and Diversified adjusting technique. He opened a practice on the seacoast of NH in 1997 and enjoys balancing his practice with hunting, fishing, and carpentry.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. We use a special table so we can traction your spine, opening up the spacing between spinal vertebrae and relieving pressure to spinal.
The positive healing benefits of massage have been known for centuries. In our fast paced, high stress society, massage can provide the opportunity for complete relaxation of your mind and body. Chiropractic and massage directly complement each other. We perform various massage techniques such as neuromuscular/deep tissue, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, trigger point, swedish, hot stone, cupping, myofascial, and reflexology. Our massage therapists provide customized therapeutic massages to address the specific need of each individual.

Dr. Pam is the most in depth, caring, and professional chiropractor I've ever met. I have been receiving chiropractic care since I was 8 years old and have been with Rzepa for the majority of my 20 years of receiving this care. I really enjoy the holistic approach and different therapies used during each session. Let's not forget the wonderful massage therapists who will squeeze you in and always leave you feeling refreshed and pain free.

I cannot thank Dr Pam enough for all the amazing work she has done to keep me mobile. I have severe back complications and was suffering from chronic pain. I've always be very hesitant to have anyone work on me. However Dr Pam has brought me to a place where I feel great. Through a combination of adjustment and massage (the therapists are great!) I'm doing yoga! Thank you Dr Pam and Dr Bart. You guys are awesome!

Made apt & confirmed in-network provider with my insurance. Communicated to Pam Leitner that I had met all my out of pocket expenses for the year with zero co-pays. My insurance covers 100% of visit. Arrived They explained I needed to pay 105 to off-set the contracted amount with my insurance company. That's not how insurance works. If in-network a patient does NOT pay any overages for care. Told me they only get paid 50 for my visit from my insurance company.
Even if I had a deductible which, I did not, they were charging me twice my deductible with this added fee- bad business. Check your insurance before paying bogus medical fees. They should not contract with certain insurances providers if they can't agree to provide services to their insured for contracted amount.

We have been going here for years! Dr. Pam and Dr. Bart and all the staff are amazing, friendly, caring, compassionate people! They listen to you as the patient and always go above and beyond! Between chiropractic adjustments and massages, this is by far the best chiropractic family team! Not to mention Dr. Pam's two sweet cute French bulldogs, Winston and Louie who are often there to greet you! I highly recommend Rzepa Family Chiropractic and Massage!

Dr. Pam is so fantastic! My headaches were so persistent before seeing Pam and now they're gone! My daughter has joint and connective tissue problems and it was so hard to find a chiropractor that was patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Pam works with us and adjusts our whole family, including the kids. She adjusts my oldest daughter differently so as not to cause any pain to her and it has helped so much! We live half an hour away and the drive every week is always worth it! She is the best we have found!

Great friendly, caring, professional office centered on making your visit and visiting them patient focused. Denise their office manager is friendly and efficient and Dr Bart is the same. He did a thorough evaluation, recommended a possible course of treatment and didn't over promise the likely outcomes. Two visits in and a big thumbs up for results so far.

Rzepa family chiropractic has "rehabbed" me through some pretty bad Injuries with chiropractic and massage care as well as taken care of me through normal every day aches and pains. Their practice provides a friendly atmosphere where you can really tell they care about your well being. I can't recommend them enough

This is, by far, the BEST Chiropractic practice I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting on the Seacoast. I have tried numerous Chiropractors over the years that have not been able to resolve a chronic issue that Dr. Pam & Dr. Bart were able to in a short handful of visits. The atmosphere is welcoming and casual and the care is second to none! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that Stratham is extremely fortunate to have the Rzepa practice.

This is a confusing story, and that is how Rzepa gets your money. Always remember this fact. I have a $20 copay for any chiropractic visit. So let's begin. I was told by the Rzepa billing manager that my insuran ce would not cover the cost of the Initial exam in excess of $50. So I called my insurance prior to going in to verify I would only pay $20. Yep.
Only $20. So I was agressively told again by Rzepa on arriving that i owe $125 for the initial exam and adjustment. (Confusing since insurance just told me in the parking lot to only pay them $20 and they will cover the rest). However. I paid $125 because they strong arm you with verbal nonsense about how insurance companies don't explain their benefits properly.
I gave them the benefit of doubt and I waited for my claim to process. After it was finished processing I saw I in fact did only owe $20. I called Rzepa to get a refund. Again I was told by the office manager that I was not covered and owed $125. So I again called my insurance company to explain to me what was going on. Why the disparity in prices?
Insurance in turn called Rzepa directly to explain I was being over charged. That they are an in network provider and all claims process at a $20 copay. Rzepa told them they were wrong!. Which is ironic since the insurance company is the one paying. I came to find out two things. 1. That they billed me for the full amount of an out-of-network price ($125) versus an in-network price($80).
A price agreed upon when Rzepa decided to be an in network provider. That is a violation of their agreement with the insurance provider. The difference in the two prices (the in network vs the out of network) is what they keep for themselves.($45) They do this in the following way. They bill you upfront for the full amount of an out of network visit. $125 They them submit a claim to insurance (as an extra little scam, for not 1 but 2 office visits) Only ever had 1 visit to that place totaling 1 hour.
Claim 1 is for an initial visit. Claim 2 for an adjustment. It was only 1 visit though. At the very least they can collect 2 copays from you. Rzepa wants to get paid at the out of network rate. So they balance bill me upfront to assure they get the $125. Then they submit the claim and get the $80 from insurance. Rest assured they are still getting their $125. What they are doing is called balance billing and it's not the way it works for someone with insurance visiting a network provider.

I have been going to Rzepa Chiropractic now for several years now for regular maintenance. Bart and Pam have always been top notch, very professional, and very helpful to my overall good health. Over the years, my wife, Dad, daughter, son in law, and many friends have also joined me coming to the practice. And, every one of them have been thoroughly impressed! Denise at the front desk is always very personable and professional.
The massage staff is truly excellent and they do great work in combination with your chiropractic adjustments. I truly cannot express how great they have been to my overall health over the last several years. Do not hesitate to let them help you! You will not be disappointed.
