The center is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, including digital mammography, staffed by experienced specialists with specialty training in breast diagnosis and provides a separate and private Women's Department.

As a result of my November PSA laboratory test, which was on the high side of normal, my physician ordered a prostate ultrasound/biopsy and I was contacted by the staff at Medical Imaging Consultants. An appointment for the exam was set up for Tuesday, December 18, 2018, and, upon entering the building, I was greeted by Cassie. She was very amiable and asked my name and the nature of my appointment, at which time I also provided my insurance card and ID.
I was then asked to fill out a standard form of personal information and provided my signature for HIPAA compliance. It didn't take very long to complete the paperwork and, afterwards, I took a seat in the comfortable lounge area for a short time before being greeted by Kim and taken to the exam room where the procedure was to be performed. The staff were all very nice and courteous and made me feel welcomed.
After preparing myself for the procedure, I met Dr. Faulk who was very affable. He fully explained the process for the exam and biopsy and asked if I had any questions. I was completely at ease during the painless procedure and it didn't seem like the exam took more than twenty minutes. Upon completion of the procedure, I received Dr. Faulk's initial impression of my prostate health and I was encouraged by what I was told.
Of course, I knew that the results of the biopsy would provide the definitive truth but, considering Dr. Faulk's expertise, I left anticipating good news. My experience at Medical Imaging Consultants was very pleasant and I highly recommend Dr. Faulk and his staff to anyone in need of quality medical imaging services.

I have used this imaging place twice now and they recently changed their billing practice where they make you pay up front for any procedure that is anticipated. Therefore, I went there, didn't have a chance to review the policy (and wasn't informed of the change) and they made me pay before even seeing me. Which also called a significant increase in the wait time.
Then once my insurance received the claim and paid it (note only 2 weeks after the procedure) I had to call the company for a refund. They are willing to give a refund but it will take 90 days to process! 90 days to process to get my money back that I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place! I will never be using this company again and I will let all my friends (and referring doctor) know about this terrible delay.
