Do not make a mistake and buy online from them. I did and the package did not arrive at the destination. They use USPS. While I do understand that USPS (not the most reliable carrier, not my choice) can be at fault, it was LovelySkin that chose this carrier. And they should stand behind their product when something goes wrong. They response was "it is not a matter of fairness" (!?).

Best customer service I have had in a long time! I have always drove past, as I was a bit intimidated to step in. I am so glad I did. I had a free 30 minutes and made it a point to go there as I knew they provided clean makeup lines which is what I am after these days. Super relaxing environment with amazing knowledgeable staff. I was really impressed by the whole experience, I felt spoiled to point to write a review. Thank you so much to the gal that helped me today, you have gained a new customer!

The best skin care online store I've ever found! When I had a coupon disappointment with my first order, the owner replied with a very reasonable explanation! That bumped me to an NPS 9 on their rating scale, meaning I'm a Promoter, and this Google Review is a good example of that. The Vanicream products were expertly packaged to help insure no spills, and of course everything came in perfect shape!

That's not always easy and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They are also the only store that had all the Vanicream items we wanted to order, so "one stop shop" is also great! Even the shipping box was fun and a delight to receive! The little things do make a difference. So there you have it- The business trifecta! OMG - a g-dsend. I can get Viviscal, Skinceuticals, Jan Marini and all those high priced skin care goodies I long for at a great price. Fast and free shipping. Fantastic! I got a Jan Marini Neck Cream I have been eyeing at my local day spa - they want $96 for it - I got it for $80 from Lovely Skin. I can also get Xfusion (Keratin hair fibers) here at a decent price. Top notch facility with exceptional skin care products and services! Dr. Schlessinger is great and so knowledgeable as to what treatment to recommend to address any of your skin care concerns. The facility is very clean and organized. They stock all the top skin care brands at the retail store and have a beautiful spa. I love the fact that they offer all these services in one place!

I had the most incredible custom facial with Elena! I was in panic-mode because I was breaking out just before my sister's wedding. Elena kindly talked me through the custom options that I had, and took great care in her approach to treating my acne with a mix of exfoliation, extraction, a calming mask and other targeted treatments. I will definitely be scheduling another facial with Elena in the future!

I've never been to the retail store, but the website and its customer service is amazing. I'm constantly impressed at how quickly they ship orders! (Like, I placed an order at 7am EST, and it shipped 4 hours later and arrived 3 days later with free shipping.) The few times I've needed to use the chat to ask about product specifics or which product I should choose for my skin needs, the person on the other end has been so helpful and patient. The website is also incredibly easy to use. probably too easy if you look at my account and order history.

I have been going for a monthly facial with Amanda for almost two years now. The experience is always fabulous. She tries different products and informs me of the benefits based on what my skin needs at the time of the visit but she never pressures me to purchase specific products. A monthly facial at this spa is one way I invest in me! I recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing way to self-care.

Been shopping on this website for years. Shipping is as fast as Amazon and the customer service is great. Only needed to call once because the pump on my skin cream wouldn't work. They immediately shipped another bottle with no issues. Great sales and also a rewards program.

They sold me short dated product. A sunscreen product that expires in just 3 months, plus I have to pay to send it back. Sunscreen products should have at least a year expiration date. Not 3 months. This won't even protect me through the end of the summer! Will NEVER buy from this company again. Will write bad reviews everywhere I can!

Extremely slow delivery, along with excuses from their customer service. If this company chooses to continue to use the USPS, count on 9-10 business days for delivery. Their customer service department likes to put the blame on various other issues, and does not accept responsibility. It's just easier to go to Blue Mercury or any other retail store that sells their products in your area.

They sell expired products, don't take any responsibility for their products, don't ship on time, take no responsibility for products that ship if they do. UPDATE: I can't edit the above post anymore for some reason, but I did want to provide an update. LovelySkin sent me a replacement and it arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate LovelySkin customer service being on top of my issue. I only wish they had offered a replacement in their first response to me. Based on their overall response here, I will continue purchasing from LovelySkin.

I just wanted to brag about my experience with lovely skin.com so far. I have been busy online shopping since the "stay at home" orders began. Out of all the online stores that I have made purchases from lovely skin by far has been the best experience. I absolutely love the selection of products the website offers, specially hard to find French pharmacy skincare products.

Just yesterday I ordered more product from the website, and within hours my order was shipped! What?! I didn't even pay for faster shipping! I got my order within 3 days. I am amazed with your website and speedy service. I now consider myself you're number one customer and advocate!

Amazing products, discounted prices and top notch customer service. I've been a client of LS for over 3 years and I've never had any problem with shipping or returns. Some of the bad reviews seem fake in my opinion but when you have a company as great as LS and a owner whose a fabulous doctor and plastic surgeon, you will have jealous haters.

All you have to do is try them out and you will laugh at the bad reviews just like I do. I've referred so many people to LS over the years and not one of them has ever had a issue with the products or customer service. If you dislike a product you can exchange it or return it. They give you three returns each year but I think their policy is about to be updated.

My advice if your unsure about what to order, just chat with them and they will help you pick out something that's perfect for your skin so you won't need to return it. They offer free consultations so it's crazy not to use it if you're unsure. If you've never tried the products before, ask for some samples to be sent before investing the money. Seems very logically to me and their return/exchange policy is listed on their website so there should be no excuse for not reading it.

I personally use Neocutis and Skin Medica and their prices beat my dermatologists office every time. I acquire points with this company and Brilliant Distinction points to the point sometimes what I buy is only 10 bucks. I don't know about y'all but I enjoy saving money. Last but not least, their shipping times are excellent. I got my latest order in three days with free shipping.

I ordered a face wash I use online from them and they had it for the best price with free shipping. The only problem was that it took forever to get. (Not there fault) It was stuck in a parcel box which I just moved here and never saw/knew about it I guess. So I contacted them to let them know how I never got it even tho it said it was delivered and after we both did some extra searching to realize I never got it they were going to send me another one on them. Luckly today I got home from work and it was there!

So I made sure to let them know that i got the face wash and hopefully they didnt send it out yet. They were able to cancel the replacement order and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I said no but thanks for everything and how appreciative I am for their good customer service. :) great company and I'll use them again. :)

This review is for LovelySkin.com and the products I ordered. First, I have ZERO complaints about customer service because: 1. I know how to use the internet to order things #sillymillennial 2. I know that stacking discount codes isn't allowed anywhere 3. I know cosmeceuticals and dermatologist recommended products are medical grade and aren't cheap - hello people!

Have you looked at Skinceuticals.com? Uhm yeah. 4. I received a 15% coupon with my purchase - thank you! I will definitely use this on the A.G.E Eye Complex or SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic I've been longing for 5. I received a nice thank you note with a person's name and contact information, along with the 15% off coupon I love my order - Revision Intellishade and the Glo Skin Beauty lip glosses. I received a handful of great samples, and like I said, the coupon for my next purchase. Super happy camper here.

Huge selection of products with good discounts and promotions, but their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Do not order from here unless you are 1000 percent certain that you want and will use the product. If you call them to cancel within minutes after ordering, they will tell you it's too late and then make you pay for the return (returns are limited to 3 per 12 month period even when package is returned immediately and completely unopened, and you paid for the return), you are just a phone number to them. If they don't see your phone number in their flawed system, they will you that you never called. They do not put their customers first. Buyer beware.

When I originally scheduled my facial, I was supposed to be in the same office as Dr. Schlessinger (opposite side of the street). However, due to a last minute scheduling issue I was moved to the retail shop, which still offers spa services. My VERY strong recommendation is that if booking a facial you insist you are in the doctor's office. While there is a room for facials to be performed in the retail location, the walls do not go to the ceiling which means I could hear the commotion going on in the retail store. Additionally, because the walls do not go to the ceiling, the room was not darkened, but very bright.

There was calming music and being that I was in on a Monday not much activity was happening on the retail side, but it was still an annoyance. Basically, I would cancel unless I was in doctor's offices. I am still keeping my review high because the facial I received was excellent, included a wonderful massage and treatment with some essential oils. I was also pleasantly surprised that they do not accept tips here so I walked out spending less than I thought I would and also scored some high end free samples.

Poor customer service. I was sent a used product and the leaflet that comes with the product from the manufacturer was missing. They did not offer me a refund or replacement order.

The prices might be cheap, but the customer service is ABOMINABLE! Their customer service people emailed my 86 year old mother less than an hour after she filled out a Bizrate survey and gave them a 4 for customer service because she felt talked-down-to in a previous customer service email they sent her when she had asked about discount codes, comparing it to using discount codes at the Gap.

She felt intimidated that they wrote so fast after the Bizrate survey, but she replied to them honestly about why she gave them a 4. Here's the email they sent back to her a few MINUTES later [I'm adding emphasis to their 2 rudest statements]: "Ah. So basically, we allow one code. We always want you to get the best discount/sale price, which you did.

At LovelySkin you won't ever be able to stack codes/discounts. **If that is your issue here, then perhaps it is best that you shop elsewhere** [I'm adding emphasis] as we are very clear about the fact that we don't stack codes due to the nature of our products. In your instance, we would have lost money on shipping it to you for free and applying two codes to the same order.

When you go to GAP, you are purchasing clothing that is made overseas with huge markups. In a few short months, it will be discounted heavily in their discount shops or at the same place. This won't happen at LovelySkin and certainly won't ever happen with Jane Iredale, which is very clear about the discount structure and is only on sale at 20% once or twice a year maximum.

It is sad that you felt we were talking down to you, but we were simply trying to be honest and explain how our system works. I love purchasing my beauty products from this company. Their in house products are excellent if not better as are their high end products. I trust them, have been buying for years. Wouldn't buy anywhere else. Great customer relations. I am so happy to have found them!

I'm so glad I have access to this store! I was a long time online customer and they always have some great deals on the higher-end skin products. The customer service has always been en pointe. I'm a big fan of the SkinCeuticals line, which they are an authorized seller, so you know you're not getting diluted, expired or counterfeit products. That's the risk that you take if you try to order something off of Amazon or some of the other online retail stores. They also offer facials and dermaplaning at a very reasonable price.

I purchased mascara from this company due to the glowing reviews posted on their website. In reality this mascara is the worst mascara I've ever tried. When I submitted a review attesting to that in hopes to spare any customer who is considering purchasing this product the grief I've experienced with this company as well as the mascara, the review never posted on their website.

It appears as pending for weeks! Now I understand why there are only good reviews posted. They are deceiving the customer by concealing the truth! Here is my review since Lovelyskin.com will not post it: Dr. Hauschka Mascara 0.2 fl oz WORST MASCARA EVER! When I opened the tube and used this mascara for the first time, I couldn''t have been more disappointed.

First of all the tube was so lightweight it felt as if there was barely any product in the tube. When I went to apply the mascara it was so thin it looked like I didn't even have mascara on! I tried to apply several more coats and it wasn't buildable at all. The more I put on, the less it looked like I was wearing mascara. It actually looked like it was coming off as I was trying to apply it.

I have been wearing mascara for many years and have never experienced mascara as inferior as this. As if this wasn't bad enough it also irritated my eyes. Within an hour of application the mascara melted off and ended up under my eyes! What a waste of money! #lovelyskin.com
