That's why our team is passionate about diagnosing and treating all forms of allergies, including food, pet, pollen, drug, mold, latex and insect allergies, in adults and children. Our Allergy Center is led by fellowship-trained and board-certified allergist, Dr. Meredith Dilley.

The Speech-Language Pathology Program at Arkansas Otolaryngology Center is committed to improving quality of life through excellence in the evaluation, treatment, and management of patients with voice, swallowing, and airway disorders. If you have a voice change persisting for longer than 2 weeks your primary care physician may refer you to our otolaryngology specialists and speech pathologist to collect information regarding: medical history, reason for referral, patient reported outcome measures, current condition, and plan of action.

Staff was nice. I usually don't do this with medical staff. However, Dr. Colclasure was a complete and utter joke. So, you're telling me that my insurance paid him to just look in my ear and tell me nothing is wrong? I could've did that. He seems like a scam to me. He talked to me for 30 seconds and was not helpful AT ALL. I'm the patient, why am I coming up with more solutions than you?
You could show some interest in your patients. I wouldn't recommend him. I've never felt more ignored in my life. It seems as if he plays most things by eyes and there's no real tests involved. Hope to not get sent back to him.

I waited TWO months for a new patient visit. I checked in at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment. I was called to exam room at 11:47 AM for my 30 second (no joke) "evaluation" by Dr Coclasure - With no touch and very little conversation he deemed it necessary (after 30 seconds) for me to have a sinus CT. I did not schedule the CT. I was not listened to and the CT is owned by them aka generating revenue for clinic with no actual assessment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I am in the health field myself and I would NOT RECOMEND this clinic to ANYONE.

My son had to have tubes put in at a year old. Dr. Aaron Metrailer was amazing! He was very patient and understanding with me. I will say, the person at the front desk of the surgery center was not the most welcoming or friendly to all of the moms with little ones having surgery first thing in the morning, but once you're past that person everyone else was amazing (everybody has a bad day now and again!). Very friendly and professional nurses and Doctors, and they all made us feel at home and comfortable. Highly recommend!
