Services
When you need personal, attentive care for your feet, turn to a podiatrist in Carson City who cares. At Sierra Podiatry Center, we strive to provide individualized treatment for each person, not just a "cookie cutter" approach. We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of all problems of the foot and ankle.
Foot and ankle surgeons are the leading experts in foot and ankle care today. As doctors of podiatric medicine - also known as podiatrists, DPMs or occasionally "foot and ankle doctors" - they are the board-certified surgical specialists of the podiatric profession. Foot and ankle surgeons have more education and training specific to the foot and ankle than any other healthcare provider.
Sierra Center for Foot Surgery is a fully-accredited ambulatory foot and ankle surgery center attached to our Sierra Podiatry Center clinic. We are accredited by AAAASF, meaning our standards far exceed the state and federal requirements for surgical centers. Dr Jeffrey Bean performs most of the major surgeries that require IV sedation in our on-site surgery center.
If you answered yes to the question above, you may suffer from toenail fungus, otherwise known as onychomycosis. Fungal toenails are very common. Fungus can infect the nail beds, the nails themselves, and the skin around the nails. When not properly treated, the infection worsens and often spreads from one nail to the other, eventually infecting all the nails.

Would give 0 stars if i could. I brought a pair of custom Orthotics in to be refurbished - I have worn custom orthotics for over 40 yrs and I am VERY familiar with the refurbishing process. Typically they are sent to a lab for this process to be performed correctly - I was not informed, nor was I given a choice for my orthotics to be sent out, or done in house by Dr. Bean.
I assumed that they would be sent out - as had been my previous experiences. After 3 attempts my left orthotic is now unwearable due to terrible workmanship (it was wearable and it fit my foot before Dr. Bean "refurbished" them) I requested a refund was told no. I am seeking remedy in small claims court for the refurbishing charge and additional damages - a new pair is approx. 650.00 which insurance does not cover. I was also given a hand written invoice at the time of service - something that I have never seen before from a Doctor office - Very Shady.

The Dr was great but I was charged for a missed appointment that I did not make. NO one in the office listened to me or even cared. There was no reminder call or anything! They did not work with me at all with this issue. For this reason I would not recommend this office. If they wont work with their patience they shouldn't have any!
