Your First Visit Report

Following your initial visit, you will be scheduled for a one-week follow-up visit with the doctor. This second visit is at no additional charge to you. Dr. Gates feels that it is important to check on you to make sure that you are doing well with the medication (if you choose to use it) and also answer any questions that were not answered during the initial visit.

Take 278 to Plantation Park. Turn right beside the nursery. Left at the T. We are a short drive down on the Right in the same building as Hospice of the Lowcountry. Our door is the first door on the left as you enter the building. I had an appointment at Scale Solutions today and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner (I can't recall her name but the pretty, slender, blonde lady) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They really walk you through everything and set you up for weight loss success. I'm very happy I decided on this clinic and I'm looking forward to seeing results!

I have used Scale Solutions in Pooler for a few years now. I gain weight over the winter & there is no way I could get if off by myself. I go each Spring to see Dr. Gates & his staff & they never make me feel ashamed that I can't do it by myself. I only have to wait a couple of minutes for my appointment, which I love, hate wasting time anywhere.
