This was my first time at Express Health Clinic. I was a little skeptical due to previous reviews, but the ER was insane and I was so sick just two days before my vacation so I decided to give it a try. The lady up front was very nice and helpful and I was in the back within minutes. The doctor was amazing! ( Honestly, I wish Mrs. Brenda could be my primary doctor.) She had me all fixed up and out the door in just 30 minutes. The next day I was already feeling so much better. I can't thank them enough!

Terrible experience. My daughter was sick on a weekend and this was our only option besides the ER. She was seen at 1:30 and they close at 2:00. Barbara, the nurse practioner that saw her, rushed through everything and then said "she didn't know how to help her" because her blood pressure was low. After scaring us all to death by saying we might need to go to ER she calls our primary physician's on call number.

Our doctor asks if she could check blood pressure again to verify and she said "we close at 2:00". Basically we got nothing out of the visit and this so called health clinic charged us for doing nothing. It was very unprofessional and a complete waste of time, never again!

Waited from 9am (opening time) til almost 12pm without being attended to later be taunted with a racial remark. Never stepping foot on that establishment again.

1-16-2016 Sat. 12:30 pm Called talked to Jennifer, was told be here bye 1:15 to get in, made it bye 1:05 pm. When then was told come back Sun. 1-17-2016. She said sorry, sorry, sorry. I read other bad reviews later. Seems like they need to be honest about hours open. You lost my business + my families business Jeff A.

I go in here more often than I have to! I get the flu and strep easily, so I always go here to get taken care of quickly! Yes, they close at 6:30, but take their last patients at 6. Which means they physically leave and walk out at 6:30. Know this, and just come earlier.

I like nothing about this clinic. The first time my daughter, who attends Carson Newman, went to be seen at the clinic around 330, she was turned away when they didn't close till 600. They said they had to many people already for the day and there wasn't but two in the waiting room. This was two weeks ago. She went to her school clinic and they diagnosed her with strep.

She was very sick to have a medical facility turn her away at an early hour. Chances are they wouldn't have done anything for her anyway because she went back yesterday sick again, and asked them to test her for FLU since her brother and I had had it in the last two weeks. We had all the similar symptoms, those like an upper respiratory infection.

They told her she didn't even have the symptoms for FLU and barely even examined her. Told her she has upper respiratory to use nose spray and sent her on. I was furious. I told her to come closer to home, go to the CVS walk in clinic near home and have them test her. She did and they were kind, compassionate and professional there and they tested her and the test was positive for FLU.

They gave her Tamiflu. She is already starting to feel better today. Without it she could have been down for weeks and it could have turned into pneumonia. I plan to call the BBB and health department and whoever may be in charge to report this fraudulent company. Don't go there!

Went to be seen due to being sick. Sign on door stated open till 5 pm. Was told at 415p that could not see me only 1 pt in waiting area. Carr more about getting off work then sick pts. I'm a rn and it wouldn't take 45 minutes to see 2 pts! Lazy

This place is awful they say they close at 6:30 and yes they do take my insurance, I walked in at 3 minutes past 6 o'clock to hear them inform me they already took there last patient at 6:00. that I can come back in the morning. i called to make sure of insurance and what time they closed why not let me know on the phone the actually close at 6 not 6:30. not only am I sick now I can add irritated to my list of feeling. and their attitude was another thing, . so don't go there unless It's the last choice and then I would still not go there. thanks for nothing clinic
