I'd recommend this place anytime! I had a surgery in town scheduled the same day that I visited the store. Unfortunately the item I needed was extremely in demand and my prospects weren't looking spectacular. But, by the grace of God, the people were extremely helpful and I ended up getting exactly what I needed. Anyone who needs mobility assistance in general or after surgery, I recommend coming here.

Since it was time for me to order a new electric wheelchair my first and upmost thoughts were cost. However was I wrong, my first consideration should have been service after sales and since I live in a small coastal city with no electric wheelchair outlets, service after sales should have been my first priority. I am truly glad that I called Robert Garza from Rick's Medical in Roseburg, OR.
Who made the time to explain this all to me and set me straight. My compliments to Mr. Robert Garza for your timely effort and at the ends ordering the chair for a price they advertised.

I have had nothing but issues with this place and customer service. I've had to complain many times. They never have Diabetic Supplies in order. Never informed of any changes. Most of the time I'm told they can't access my file and someone will call me back. Never happens. Then things get blamed on insurance and yada yada. So tired of it and I can't go anywhere else. Dislike this company so much.

I had contacted Rick's Medical Supply looking for items for my husband's upcoming surgery (the next day, in fact) as I received the wrong item from Ebay. I was pleasantly greeted by Dani, who took the matter under control. She was so friendly and went above & beyond my expectations in locating the correct items & made absolutely sure it would work for our needs.
It was such a relief knowing this issue was resolved completely and to more than my satisfaction. Thank you are 2 small words but come with a BIG meaning to us! Ricks medical supply Has been wonderful to my mother who is on hospice who requires a lot of oxygen! They are always there to deliver everything she needs and makes sure she and our family understands everything! They are always friendly, efficient and always makes sure our questions are answered! Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had. When you're dealing with a business like this at a time in your life when ones health is compromised you need good service. Don't even bother going to Ricks Medical, you will leave frustrated and shocked at the quality of service. I wouldn't even give it a one star!

After years of service from parkway medical when Rick's purchased the business we where told there would be no interruption in service. Not only was there interruption all service stopped without any notice! After months of phone calls and requests for service we where told they do not accept our insurance so we need to look elsewhere for service!
Terrible customer service phone calls where never returned had to keep calling and calling left on hold several times. Find another provider these guys either do not care or do not have enough staff to take care of there clients. I wish there was a way to rate less than a full star!
