Terrible service. I arrived and got greeted by the secretary at the front, she was really nice. I had already checked-in online as well as doing the pre-registration so she just needed to see my insurance card. Then I was quickly moved into a room only to wait there for around 30-35 minutes before going outside and asking one of the nurses how long it would take before I would get treated to what the nurse replied "we are in the room next door with another patient, we'll see you whenever she's done, " I asked for an estimate and she repeated "whenever we're done with the other patient, " waited for another 10 minutes before the doctor walked in and in less than 5 minutes tell me what I needed. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

My Original PCP at Evergreen was very professional and kind. She retired and I was given to a person who began to change my meds without ever seeing me in person. My first new patient visit took an hour and a half and she never came in to see me. Even her staff apologized, I decided to leave. I myself am a professional and would never treat my clients how I was treated there.

We had to find a new doctor so I figured I'd try family practice since finding a new pediatrician was hard. Worst mistake. The family practice doctor that saw my baby son kept giving him horrible diagnoses about his head that were false. Every appointment he had no idea what he was doing. Parents do not take your children there. Another visit, with another doctor, with my other son, his chickenpox were misdiagnosed as allergies.

My sons primary doctor is here he had been sick so I called to see if they could see him and they told me they're not seeing sick patients because of covid. Super disappointing that they refused to see a sick 1 year old kid. Whats the point of even having a doctor if you can't see them when you're sick?

This is hands down the worst medical practice I have ever seen. First they messed up my insurance and billed me without any help from insurance. Then they wait 2 months to call me and ask why I haven't paid recently. This was puzzling as I had given them a card number and permission to auto draw from it. And just today, after giving them my card information for the second time a month ago or more, I received two bills in the mail (dated the same) an email (at 2:30 AM) and a phone call.
I have tried multiple times to pay my bill online but it only offers a (pay in full) option and not a smaller payment. I have never experienced this kind of incompetence from medical providers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The beginning of November I had to go there because of a diverticulitis attack. I was visiting the area. There was no mask enforcement. I was forced to stand in the lobby for over 2 hours to avoid the non maskers and the pretenders who wore theirs beneath their noses. When I finally saw the doctor and asked why a medical facility wasn't requiring masks the answer wa and this is a direct quote " you're in Southern Oregon".
All this told me was this is an irresponsible facility that does not care about all their patients. They are just there to not rock the boat with those who believe the lies about Covid. This is medically reprehensible. I hope there are better emergency clinics there who actually are educated and believe in science. I am giving them 0 stars if they will let me. Nope had to give one.

I've been a patient at Evergreen Family Medicine since 2018 and I can't possibly recommend them enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they always seem to go above and beyond in order to make me feel comfortable. The building is clean and orderly, the check-in process is super quick and easy, and the care I receive always leaves me feeling confident.
Their online Patient Portal is a very user-friendly way to view my medical records, upcoming appointments, billing & payments, etc. I love being able to send a quick message to my doctor if I ever need to. This place is also very LGBTQ+ friendly!
