My issue with this practice is the billing. I was charged for my delivery fee in advance. Once I had my baby the amount owed was less than what the office collected. My baby is 3 months and I have not yet received my reimbursement. I've asked to speak with the financial person too many times. When you have new moms that could be going through new financial challenges with new additions to their family, you should be more cognizant of any reimbursements.

Dr. Taghechian is the best OB/GYN doctor I ever met. She has great bedside manners, engages with what's going on medically and personally. She gives great advice on preventative measures to take. I know as patients we can speak a handful and I am very mindful to keep it simple and straight the point. Excellent doctor and team members. The staff is very friendly and informative. I love this office! Dr. Tag is the best! She delivered my son and saved his life! She turned a bad situation into the best delivery experience I have ever had. I felt very comfortable with the care she gave me. Patti, her nurse, is also a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant experience at this office. Everyone was very kind and it was clean. I absolutely love Dr. Gaynor she really took her time to explain to me the issue and what her suggestions are. She was very sweet and caring. I would definitely recommend her to others. My only issue was parking and waiting time! it took a while to find a parking spot and a while for me to be seen.

Getting a Pap smear isn't exactly on my top ten errand, events or activities list, but given the fact that they are necessary, I'm glad that I have someone that I can go to that makes me feel comfortable, respected and listened to. Amy Gaynor has been great. I think I have recommended her to most in my friend group and know the ones that have gone feel the same way.

Amy Gaynor, NP-C is amazing. She's kind, attentive and very thorough. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. I love the portal. Easy access to test results and it gives you the ability to send a message to your provider. They typically respond within 24 hours.

I had to move to this practice from my old Doctor at the beginning of my pregnancy. I wish I could express how amazing every doctor has been! They've made me so happy and I like them better than any other ob

I've been coming here for years and have loved my experience for the most part. My last few visits and interactions with staff have been more than disappointing. Anytime I need to ask a question or schedule an appointment, the front desk worker Diane or whatever her name is, is always extremely rude and short. Today she tried to go back and forth with me telling me someone had called me 3 times and left 2 voicemails over the past few weeks which is a blatant lie.

I told her multiple times they didn't, I triple checked my VM log and Call history, and like I said, no one had called me. Still she persisted and acted like I was wrong. I work from home and have my phone ON and WITH ME at ALL times for work. Just apologize for the oversight and move on. Then she transfers me while I'm still speaking without even rescheduling my appointment like I initially asked.

So I call her back and it mysteriously is now taking me 25 mins to get through when she and I literally just hung up. Get some better people in your office please! The attitudes stink and I'm not putting up with it. Judging by the other poor reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Don't use this practice! 3 phones calls prior to visit a waist of time trying to confirm payment. They charged $267 for an office visit! Claiming a new patient! Since when does a dr remove patients especially during CoVid shutdowns! But we should have checked the portal! I guess the staff doesn't know what their doing! Outrageous to take advantage of people when they are in pain and to have the staff deny their mistakes! This is not the first time the staff has given misleading information.

I give this practice 5 stars due to my experience with Dr Gaynor. She is simply the sweetest and truly cares to take the time to explain things to her patients. She doesn't judge and is very patient. I lucked up with her. The only complaint I have about this practice is time management. I was seen very quickly upon arrival, however I waited in the exam room for nearly 45 minutes and I find that to be exteremy long for a yearly exam. Also, having to pay to park is NOT fun, but I deal with it b/c it's once a year. Again, Dr. Gaynor was excellent and made my visit better b/c let's face it. who enjoys yearly visits? Not me! All in all, You can't go wrong with Dr. Gaynor. She's great!
