What a time! Though these have indeed been tumultuous and difficult times on so many levels, we have been impressed by the morale, safe, careful and intelligent actions most of you have been taking. Along with any crises, there is also the possibility of working through the difficulties, and coming through on the other side in a better place. We are here to help you to persist and battle through the many challenges still in front of us. We are looking forward to seeing and interacting with you in person!

Absolutely awful, especially lately. I have often found the staff to be rude in the past, but lately it was the last straw. First, they were doing zoom calls which is fine, but they called around an hour early, and got rude and upset when I said I'm not ready, I'll be ready at appointment time, my son was not home yet. We have lives, seriously. Then I got a bill for $180 for a 15 minute phone call to refill a prescription. And after all that they have ignored my requests for a few months to transfer medical records. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE AWFUL.
