Although I have not personally visited this location, I most definitely will not be now after the experience my fiance just had over the phone with one of the woman that works at your front desk. Someone that works at your office dialed the wrong number (his) and left a voicemail for one of your patient's open invoices. He did you a generosity by calling your office back to let you know that you had the wrong number.
Instead you took this embarrassment to heart, and became upset with him. Maybe next time you should thank the caller since they've saved you time in looking for the actual patient, getting the money owed to your office, and saving you from further HIPPA violations.
