The rooms are not cleaned after each visit. There was trash on the floor and hair from the last patients. We created a vaccination schedule with a physician of the practice. The owner to the practice never looked in the file to review patient information. Therefore she was unaware of what shots to give the children when they were stapled to their record.
We called to confirm the children's nanny to take them to the appointment with shots, the staff said yes. The owner refused to do this without parent consent and had our nanny call us. She finally gets ahold of us to receive consent, but yet she still says she cannot give the shots to the children. Umm why did you keep them there for over an hour trying to reach us at work if you could not give them the shots anyway? Was something going to change?
When speaking to the physician on speaker, she told me after questioning all of this that I am making her and her staff uncomfortable. I said because I called to verify that morning, I provided a list of vaccinations with dates that you didn't even look at and neither you nor your staff know what is going on and I am asking why? She then calls my husband, unprofessional to tell him that he was so pleasant to talk to, but his wife.
She also really liked my children who she only ever saw once, but unfortunately because your wife called and was very nasty to our staff, we will not be their pediatrician. I just want to warn everyone, the owner to this practice is not equipped to do the basic of duties. She is not a leader you would want to put the care of your children with. Go somewhere else.

My child has always been seen on the same day as we place our concerned phone call. We are most fond of Alicia, CRNP as she listens earnestly and doesn't wave off concerns. She is pleasant and soft-spoken and my child is quite taken with her demeanor. Thank you for taking the time to listen and actually be present for my child. We are grateful for you!

All the doctors and staff at Panda Bear Pediatrics do a phenomenal job of making both my daughters and myself so welcome and comfortable while we are there. They take the time to talk to us and actually read the charts before asking us questions. They give timely and welcome advice and we never feel judged when we ask questions.

They are amazing here! My favorite is Alicia the nurse practitioner. All the women up front are awesome too. Everyone is friendly and they all take their time. I switched pediatricians for both of my children when my son was born. I was going to Coventry pediatricians and the best decision I made was switching to Panda Bear Pediatricians. I highly recommend them.

I really hate that it has come to me having to leave a bad review as my daughter has been a patient here for 8-9 years but in that time this place has gone seriously down hill. The front desk women are always so nice as well as the new cnp, Alicia. There have been little issues I have noticed the past two years but the final straw is that out landlord requested for her doctor to fill out paper work so she could have an emotional therapy support pet (she has been diagnosed with anxiety and severe depression).
The doctor refuses to sign it because she "is unwilling to testify in court". First of all, that would never happen. Second, are you that lazy and selfish that the tiniest chance of you having to testify is more important than a patient of yours? Is it that serious that you can't just sign the paper so a depressed child can have some damn hamsters. It's messed up and I hope they get rid of this doctor as she is no longer putting her patients needs first.

I've always had a good experience at Panda Bear Pediatrics. We usually see Mary for my son's regular check-ups, she's amazing. She always takes time with us and never makes me feel like she is rushing to another patient. She's been great with my son, who is now 18 months old. The ladies at the front are always very sweet and helpful!
