Cascade Valley Physician Referral

After being late for my appointment, Carolyn Collins and her nurse were so great to work me in. The appointment was very thorough, and I appreciated so much their gracious efforts to make it work. The best!

Dr. Ho and team in the urology clinic are what medical professionals should aspire to be. Professional, kind and their level of concern for the comfort of the patient is something I've never experienced before. Special shout out to Dr. Ho's nurse Amber for being very kind and understanding while I was having an anxiety attack about my procedure I had done today. She talked me through everything and made me extremely comfortable the entire time. Awesome experience today.

In the last year I have had 4 appointments at this clinic. The staff at this clinic is always pleasant, doesn't act annoyed that your there or overworked. Wait time in the lobby is 5 minutes at most. Wait time once your in the room is minimal too. The Dr doesn't act rushed, asks questions, gives you options, explains things and gives you time to speak and ask your own questions.

Called the clinic worried about my 1 year old that had a high fever! The nurse I had spoke to told me they couldn't see him because of the fever due to the Covid restrictions and what not which was understandable. so I was about to take him to urgent care when my primary care dr stickle had his nurse call to tell me not to worry and just bring him in regardless of fever with no appointment necessary!

I rushed him in and didn't have to wait or anything. Dr stickle took immediate care of him, checking for ear infection and rsv/flu. Sent us home with antibiotics to clear up his ear infection! Thankyou so much to dr stickle for being the caring doctor he is and going above and beyond making sure my son was taken care of right away! This dr is our family dr and delivered both my children. I will stay with him as long as I'm able to for my children's health! Highly recommend him!

My dad had angioplasty balloon catheter procedure done at Skagit Regional. After complications, doctor informed my dad he would need a stent procedure instead, appointment was scheduled a week later. He left hospital to go home and within a few days he was feeling week. My mom took him back to skagit regional hospital, they kept for a few days and said he might of had pneumonia. Discharge and went home.

My mom bathed him because he smelled so bad and had not been bathed while 3 days in the hospital. He fainted when he got out of bed, mom calls 911. When EMT arrive they take him to Island hospital. He was there for 8 hours they dismissed him. In the meantime his health is declining fast. Next day he was driven to Peace Health in Bellingham. Thank god for those doctors. Ran test, my dad had sepsis, UTI infection and was A fib. Doctors could not do anything for him because of infection's.

Basically he was dying. Family brought him home and he died 3 weeks later. I write this so you really do your research and get a second opinion. However I will never step foot into Skagit Regional Hospital.

Had a great experience in the foot clinic. Clean rooms, friendly staff, on time, great care. On this visit, I arrived early, had an excellent made-to-order sandwich in the Bistro Cafe. Staff, premises and services were excellent.

Saw a Doc at Skagit Regional Clinic Walk-in. Great receptionist, wonderful nurse. Doctor was straight forward checked off each detail that needed to be addressed and was very personable. I knew I was going to get excellent care and mentioned things that I would have forgot to ask but needed to know. Actually, the best walk-in experience I have ever had!

Dr Layland is one of the best doctors and she's my primary doctor! I am ever grateful to have her. To be able to have a physician that is amazing like her and goes beyond her duty to make sure that I'm taking care of! One of the best physicians I've ever come around and dealt with!

This was my first visit to Skagit Regional Clinics and it completely exceeded all my expectations. I was at the clinic to see a specialist but will definitely consider other doctors at this location. The receptionists were kind and funny, the nurse that took me to my room was wonderful and the Dr. I was there to see for the first time truly listen to me and took as much time as we needed to clear up my health records and to create a plan of action for my health. A+
