I love my doctor there, but any time calling the clinic you always get sent to voicemail you call again just sent to voicemail so if you have an urgent need I wouldn't count on getting a hold of anyone there. For days or not at all. Update on review! I called the clinic today asked to schedule an appointment in the next week, week and a half that I was having breathing problems.

The receptionist was very rude and told me that she cannot get me in until August 12 today is June 20th they are not an emergency clinic I explained I knew that I just needed an appointment before that time frame she told me to go to urgent care or the emergency room if I needed medical care before then. Not sure if community health have promoted receptionist to make it medical decisions for their patients.

The front staff are rude, when I asked to set up an appointment for a UTI I was told to go over to urgent care! The front staff clerk decided what my healthcare should look like! I was never able to get into see my doctor any attempts to get around the front clerk were denied! I then called to refill a script for back spasms, I did finally get an appointment only a month later I never did recieve a script for muscle relaxer nor did I recieve a call back from a nurse! The treatment they give their clients is sub-par!

Don't bother trying. you'll never get an appointment no matter what you need to be seen for! Highly disappointed

Edit: I am unsure of why the front desk is the complete opposite of the doctors. Every time I call they are rude, and while I was there the scheduler decided to talk about my papsmear loud enough so that the entire waiting room could hear. How embarrassing and unprofessional. Took me while to get in as a new patient, but I've never met a more attentive and kind group of doctors! Definitely the best place in town for health care.

The staff care about your whole health and work to find solutions. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get in to see a provider, but otherwise we are very happy with the care we receive.

Very nice employees and the doctor listens to you and gives solutions that are easy to follow. 1st time I've felt my health concerns were met.

I like most of everything offered at this clinic. The one area that I would rate an absolute 0 is that no one (99.9) percent of the time, EVER answers the phone. It's EXTREMELY frustrating not to mention, that you are the ONLY clinic that is this way. I have actually walked in with my phone to my ear calling and getting the recording that everyone is busy, and I walk in to witness the front staff, standing around chatting and giggling. It's so wrong and EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Since I have begun treatment at Community Health of Central Washinton I have been treated with respect and dignity. My team of physicians and specialist focus on treatment for every facet of my medical needs and they make referrals for other physicians and specialists when more extensive treatment is needed. Even my dietary needs are taken into consideration and when necessary, dietary supplements are recommended or prescribed.

They test for a variety of things in-house and refer me for other tests elsewhere when needed. The doctors here work in unison with my orthopedic surgeons so that my medications are not contraindicated with my regular medications. The pharmacy in the clinic keeps me informed when I have new prescriptions to pick up and if needed, they do deliver. The dental clinic in house is also very good and they work with my physicians to meet my needs.

I have been very satisfied with my treatment at Community Health of Central Washington and would recommend anyone looking for good quality healthcare that they would find it here.

I've always had good communication with staff. They report results of tests promptly. The receptionists at the front desk are professional and friendly. I like my PCP very much and others I have seen as well. I find the patient portal easy to navigate and helpful for leaving a question for my doctor. I have heard some negative comments about Community Health, but my experiences have been positive.

Love the Doctors. Hate the reception team. They are just horrible. When I was pregnant and called about something to talk to a nurse. The nurse and the receptionist didn't get back to me until the next week on Tuesday when I called on a Thursday morning. Also with my daughter's appointments we're supposed be getting a call when to schedule another and I never get a call so I have to call them and still get why do you calling to be schedule. When there is a note in the chart when we are supposed to schedule an appointment. And it hasn't happened just once it's every check up.
