Dr unnati tailor is a horrible dr.she just walk in and walk right out do not take the time to talk to the patient. I suggest that you go to a real doctor don't waste your time.

Avoid this practice at all cost. I have been going to plaza for literally my entire life. I have been a patient at plaza for 23 years (I am currently 25) and in the last 5 years it has become increasingly unsatisfactory and unpleasant going here. Every visit I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Between doctors with horrible bedside manner, to lack of availability, and poor communication it's always a hassle and down right unpleasant experience.

I've had an a appointment that I had scheduled about a month in advanced canceled and was told I couldn't be seen for another month and a half unless I was willing to be seen by the other doctor, Dr. Talior, who I have had multiple issues with. I could not tell you the last time I was able to speak to someone on the phone on my initial phone call because no matter what time of day it is, I can not get a call through and have to wait for a call back which does not happen always. Every visit it seems they care less about their patients and even if you say something nothing gets done to reconcile the issue or improve the quality of care.

I had been going there for years. I had to change my insurance. They did not accept my insurance, fair enough. I said I would pay via cash or credit card. At first they said ok, then she said no and refused! I called my insurance and they called the office to give their blessings to me paying out of pocket and they STILL refused! The woman at the insurance company was completely speechless!

She said she had never in 20 years experienced such a thing. After my insurance company called the office they were just out and out RUDE and NASTY. They told me good luck and go find another doctor. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Management is horrific and honestly concerning. I would never bring your children here, the work environment is extremely toxic. They were always so desperate for employees and most of them didn't come back the next day, it was that bad. Dr. Libert/ Dr. Trivedi are amazing doctors but I feel bad for them being stuck at such a horrific place. Elise, the manager is the worst of it but they all run their employees into the ground, never give them a day off, aren't flexible with schedules at all, and gossip behind everyones back. All she did was hide in the back and pick on all of her employees for no reason at all, grow up. Completely unprofessional and disgusting.

My children have been coming to this office since they were newborns and we have always had a great experience with the entire staff. The receptionist are very helpful and kind. The MA's are patient and caring. The doctors and NP are knowledgeable and caring

I called yesterday to book an appointment for my newborn, told them that the hospital pediatrician wanted her to be seen on Tuesday that latest. I come in for the appointment and the receptionist told me that I was booked for another day a couple of weeks out. Then the receptionist was like I don't have anything available until later tonight, or until tomorrow this was there mess up. I'm not trying to be dragging my newborn out every where. General feeling like this place doesn't really care or try to solve the problem. Very disappointed.

I would like to know why in the year 2021 with the COVID 19 Virus running rampant through the entire globe, that Plaza Family Care's Board of Directors deem it wise that healthy patients come in for something simple as a Med Check as in my case, and be forced to sit in a waiting room for up to an hour or more with sick and contagious patients. How does this help mitigate COVID Wouldn't it perhaps make more sense to say I don't know have patients wait in their cars and then call them in for their appointments? Ahhh because that's what the whole world seems to be doing to help mitigate the virus!

That's what my wife's doctor's office is doing, our kids orthodontist, my dentist, my friends doctors are doing, my barber are all doing this to help stop the spread of the virus. So when I called today 1/8/21 at approximately 4:15PM and asked if they were allowing people to wait in their car and call as needed they said no. When I explained that I literally have been going to Plaza Family Care since they were founded in 1973 in Flanders NJ (When Dr. Allen Menkin called me an Ugly Baby on more than one occasion) the receptionist cut me off and how she could help me, then told me that if I keep canceling my appointments that I wouldn't be able to get my blood pressure medicine.

I asked if my Dr was doing Telemedicine she said no. My Sleep Apnea Doctor's Office started Telemedicine back in April when the virus surge began. Now I do understand every practice and office is different and there are policies and procedures, I even understand staffing issues, but I do not understand my Primary Health Care Provider not putting their patients HEALTH first.

Maybe this is an issue for the State of New Jersey to address @govMurphy @SenatorMenendez @CoryBooker @RepSherrill @MorrisCountyNJ All I want is to be safe, fortunately I have not as of yet caught the virus by being safe, and putting my faith in God! I have high blood pressure, sleep apnea, I'm overweight, almost 50 years old, and I'm African American.

My wife, two children, my parents, and pets, all depend on me every day. Not to mention I do not want to get sick because of someone else's desire for profit. So if you are reading this review please stay safe and be well and remember no one is going to take care of you like you! Milton Eure Jr approved this message

My three boys have been going to Plaza Family Care since birth. They are open 7 days a week so that helps when a little one is sick over the weekend. The doctors are excellent! I have always been comfortable with everyone I've seen. The staff is professional and great to work with.

I would highly recommend Plaza Family Care. If you want to go to a place where you can feel comfortable talking about your health, then this is the place for you. I am very happy with the Staff and Treatment provided to me during such stressful times regarding Covid-19. Want to be seen right away or very little wait time. Go to this place. A very great combination of bedside manner, professionalism, and knowledge.

I've used plaza family care for my own primary needs, and was not really happy with some of the drs. Some are wonderful, others have no manners Leading me to find a new primary dr, but that is a song and dance for another time. Now let's talk about their pediatrics. We use Dr. Caruso for our son and let me tell you he is absolutely wonderful! He is knowledgeable and clearly explains any question myself or my husband may have. He is so nice to my son and is over all just a nice calming person to be handling your kids. Their staff is also friendly and polite.

The only reason I go here is because of dr libert. Majority of the office staff mediocore and cant be up front about appointment times. And trying to get can appointment when she not there with a decent dr is difficult as they try to push you to the 1 dr. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the office staff either. Its beyond frustrating when theres such a difference I'm office staff. Evem if your kid is sick and they made a mistake in scheduling they will just tell you to reschedule to another day because it's not a big deal.

Choose wisely: Dr Libert and Dr Caruso are First Rate Docs. They are experienced, well-read, actively listen, genuinely care, and have general excellent bedside manner! After living in multiple states with multiple docs, these two come highly recommended! Caution: Drs Tailor and Walsh are not first rate. It is not helpful to hear what you haven't done when you are sick.

Then Walsh spent more time "reminding" (scolding?!) my 18 yr old daughter recently for coming in with her mom, with very little actual medical advice regarding the health issue. (We sincerely didn't think of it- she's the first in our family.) Lacks bedside manner and missed the very opportunity to connect with and advocate for a young adult.

I and my kids used to be patients there, just couple days after my husband lost his job he went just to fill in form for our son's school based on the records that they already had, they refused cause he's not supposed to be covered with the same insurance. Now my kids go to another pediatrician and i had to pass by their office in person to ask them to release the records after they neglected the faxes from the new pediatrician! Dr. Dick is a really nice doctor but Dr. Tailor is unfriendly at all.
