I have been using Dr. Mercado for a year now. I'm very happy with the Dr. & his proffesional staff. The Dr. is very proffesional as well & he explains everything to you. The waiting area is very clean as wll.

Horrible, mean and immature front staff and assistants. Just not worth the unpleasant experience and long wait times. If you're an illegal, you'll love it here.

Dr Mercado and his staff, Lisa and RNs always provide great medical services. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. My family has visited there office for over 7 years now. They always make room in their schedule. Very well managed office! Appointments are always in a timely manner. Great staff, very friendly and caring about patient needs. I have been coming here for years and I only keep coming because al of my info is here. I can't not believe how long you wait at this office. I have sat I. The waiting room for almost two hours and I'm here now with the flu and I've been waiting 45mins. I'm the only one in the waiting room and I just don't understand. Dr Mercado is very nice but he never diagnoses me with anything.

Also when I go for bloodwork they never call me with results. I can't even believe how incompetent this office is. I also say I'm not going to come back but I always do. Hopefully I won't.

Dr. Mercado has been my primary care doctor for over half of my life. I can truly say he is the most patient, professional, dedicated and thorough doctor. I've had a number of health issues through the years and I never have to worry under the care of Doctor Mercado. I know that he will always figure out the root of the issue + work on the best solution so that I am feeling my best! (Who has time to be sick?!) Lisa, the head nurse at the practice is phenomenal, she is an expert in her field + always makes me laugh.

My family also goes to Dr. Mercado + they couldn't be happier. Our health is so vital and it is such a peace to know that we are in such great hands. If you are looking for a seasoned doctor, look no further!

Professional, accommodating (I've never been turned away for a last minute appointment request) and friendly.

I've been going here since I was a teenager. It used to be such a great practice. I have become so disappointed as a patient. I can't get a sick appointment and when I do. I wait over two hours. The dr doesn't even take his time to talk. I don't know what takes so long. As a mother it is such a inconvenience to go there. I called today (Thursday) for a painful sinus infection and they gave me two options for an appointment today in an hour or Saturday. Totally unacceptable. On to another dr.

Don't waist your money with this practice. Doctor is lacking bed side manner, making appointments to be scene for urgent matters is impossible, does not provide more than one referral at a time. the list goes on and on. The only benefit of this office is the doctor is bilingual.

The office staff was completely confused by my insurance. I asked how much the appointment was without insurance and they wouldn't tell me. After a half hour they assured me they figured it out and my appointment was covered, I explained that if it was not covered and they couldn't tell me what this could cost I would have to cancel. I was assured it was covered and brought into the doctor.

Well the assistant who informed me the doctor would not prescribe most of my meditations because I needed a neurologist for those. (I just got new insurance! I'm doimg the best I can). 45 minutes after she left Dr. Mercado came in. The doctor was cold, dismissive, and rude. Dr. Mercado never looked me in the eye not once. Told me my Lyme diagnosis was nothing to worry about since I've had it before.

This was my first appointment with a new doctor because my previous doctor of 20 years is dying. I guess maybe I was spoiled having a doctor who cared and worked at an office who knew what they were doing. After this terrible experience which was confirmed to be covered by my insurance I recieved a bill for $278. Never again. I got a bill for $280.
