Dr. Geller is a Board-Certified Dermatologist in NJ and a Board-Certified Dermatopathologist. He is a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology, The American Society of Dermatopathology, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Certification is only given to those who display that they have achieved the required medical competence plus the high level of care and dedication needed to lead in this specialty. To Dr. Geller's knowledge, he has been the only board-certified Dermatopathologist in northwestern New Jersey since 1993.

We are thrilled to welcome Cindy Guan MD, PhD, PA-C to the Dermatology Specialists. Cindy earned her medical degree from China Medical University, a preeminent medical school in China. She had an 8-year tenure as an OB/GYN surgeon in Beijing and spent 5 years in Japan earning her PhD in melanoma research.

Front desk is useless. Hung up on my health insurance provider twice when they tried to call for a service code to see if they cover it and then told them they dont actuallyknow the code when they called for a third time. Basically told me to schedule an appointment without knowing if it's covered and they can check at that time. are you kidding me?

Dr. Geller's approach with detecting skin cancers early is appreciated as I have had numerous biopsies return positive for precancerous, BCC, and Squamous. (I would rather lean toward aggressive sampling and catch early cancers, rather then be conservative and miss them.) He and Cindy have treated these well without issue. Appointments are most always close to on time.
In very rare cases when they run late, they acknowledge and apologize, which is important to me (I understand they may run into issues w patients that require more time). They and their staff are all very kind and friendly. I recommend.
