Fantastic experience! Friendly staff at every level, sparkling clean facility. Dr. Patel is caring, kind, doesn't "rush" through your examination, listens to and addresses your concerns. Relieved my anxiety about a very small retina tear, huge new floater and "lightening flashes"! I would highly recommend.

I first encountered this practice as a visitor to Asheville when I had an eye emergency that took me to the hospital emergency room. After that was dealt with, I was urged to I see my ophthalmologist as soon as possible. My local hostess called her own practitioner, explained the situation, and Dr. Bryan saw me almost immediately. I was impressed then by their care and concern, and when I subsequently moved here myself, had no hesitation in continuing with Carolina Ophthalmology. From the staff at the front desk to the technicians and Dr. Bryan himself, I have had nothing but prompt, cordial, and professional service here. I highly recommend it.

Dr Park was amazing and his willingness to meet me at his office at 8:30 pm to place my gas bubble two days before surgery was wonderful! He said by placing the bubble early he insured my surgery would be easier. He further meet us at his office at 6:00 PM on a Saturday to do a day after surgery post op check. He is an expert in his field and I would highly recommend him! The staff is wonderful and kind as well.

I have had years of care from Carolina Ophthalmology and Dr. Bryan. He is so incredible and has been instrumental in my glaucoma treatment. Meds, Laser, Surgery he is very knowledgeable, kind, calm & informative. The waiting room times are always very short and the staff is above average. Highly recommended for serious eye conditions requiring long term care!

Carolina Ophthamology is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, and every member of its staff is helpful and professional. Dr. Bryan was selected for me by a doctor in another state who knew I'd receive the care I need from an expert in the field of glaucoma. Under Dr. Bryan's treatment my ocular pressure is several points lower than it was under ophthalmologists in the other towns in which I've lived. I am so grateful to have the eye health that means so much to me, so I can enjoy a full and satisfying life as I continue to age.

Outstanding experience for a doctors' office. Well organized. Easy check in. Associate promptly took me to exam room and performed preliminary vision checks. Dr. Bryan came in soon thereafter and performed a thorough exam an dialated my eyes. Soon thereafter another associate took me for imaging of my eyes. After a short delay Dr. Bryan came back and completed exam and gave me complete feedback and answered my questions. Very efficient office, courteous and competent.

Carolina Ophthalmology has a very friendly and efficient office staff. Covid protocols are followed; patient appointments begin on time. Explanations regarding procedures/examinations are explained. I am pleased with the care I receive!

The staff was courteous, efficient and thorough. Dr. Patel was very clear and thorough in his diagnostics and explanations. He answered all of my questions and referred me to another specialist for the issue that remains. I will see another doctor in their practice for needed surgery. The staff was friendly and professional. The appointment was on time. They were very thoughtful of my elderly mother. The women at the front desk were funny and seemed to enjoy their job. Dr Sethi was friendly, and kind and sweet to my mother. She spoke clearly, so my mom could hear her better, but without seeming to shout (which many tend to do when speaking to someone who is hard of hearing). Dr. Sethi talked directly to Mom instead of to me, and explained what her exam findings and plan were. It was so nice, because Dr. Sethi treated Mom like a person, not like she was too old to understand.

Dr. Choe was extremely precise as she measured my eyes for the procedure. She radiates confidence and expertise. She and Surgical Assistant, Elizabeth were very professional yet still put me at ease, explaining everything as they went along. There was nothing scary or unexpected. They were highly efficient and so very easy to chat with. Already I see an improvement and it's only one day post op. Thanks Dr. Choe and the team!

From the check-in desk, to the technician who did my intake scans, to the doctor, and then check-out, everybody was friendly, competent, and professional. My questions were answered, and options for future treatments were presented clearly. I was well cared for throughout my visit.

My wife and I both love Carolina Ophthalmology. We have been patients since 2011 when Dr Bryan did my cataract surgery. Dr Bryan provides modern, utmost care and treatment and makes you feel at ease while thoroughly explaining everything and answering any questions. We cannot praise him and the entire staff enough. Met with Dr. Sethi today and after looking in both eyes, diagnosed the problem, commented that the lens implant surgery was done with laser and was excellent. While the outer office check-in and prep was very "business" like, Dr. Sethi put the personal touch on the visit. I have a regular exam appointment scheduled and have no reservations that it will be thorough and done with kind familiarity. [Suggestion: You might want to add some sound absorption plants and such in that check-in area?]

At my yearly appointment at our optometrist, she discovered a retinal tear. I was referred to Carolina Ophthalmology. I received a call from them the same day and was scheduled for laser surgery the next morning. The staff is friendly, efficient and very caring. Dr. Patel explained his findings, the necessary procedure and the expectations after surgery. I am so very grateful to this practice for fitting me in and the excellent care I received.

I had an appointment at 7:45 and they were waiting for me when I walked in the door. Everyone there is so nice and efficient and I've been a patient for a long time. Couldn't ask for a better eye Dr than Dr Bryan. I've had Dr Sethi too, and she is great as well.

The Dr.s Found a tear in my retina that I had no idea that I had from a concussion I received months ago. I was able to get immediate laser surgery. I strongly recommend this group absolute fantastic professionalism and the staff is incredibly courteous. I also found out that I have the beginnings of cataracts in both my eyes. Thoroughness thoughtfulness awesome doctors highly recommend!
