Dr. Lastihenos was direct and clear. The frontend staff were generally helpful, but I hope they can be more polite.

I was seen late last month. I sent in the mri as requested a week ago and told it would be 24 hours for the for to get back to me and a review. I didn't call the next day and the Friday i called to late and their office was closed. Monday i get in touch and the office staff is very unprofessional but advised the doctor will be in the office on Wednesday (today).

I then offered to follow up with the PA instead. At 3pm when i didn't get a call i again follow up and the office member who answered says he's been with patients all day but he looks at emails in-between patients. There was no sorry it's been a week with no update, no sorry this is the third time who've been given a follow up date with no follow through or i will check with the doctor and call you back with an update.

Keep in mind i she to speak with the office manager instead. Her response "what's your rush" "what is the urgency"?! I respond to give me a refund because it looks like i have to get a third opinion since i can't get a second. And her comment that the mri is from this past July, is she a doctor? Who is she to question what the doctor asked for? Find a caring, professional and a doctor that can orifice a timely or accurate timeframe for a follow up. To think a week for a response is a rush to their office is ridiculous.

Friendly staff, clean office, little wait. And they know how to fix you.

I wouldn't usually leave a review and this is not a reflection of the doctors, but the woman who answered the phone at this location is very rude and should not deal with the public. She seems like a "know it all", and if you want an immediate assessmemt, give her a call, you won't even to see the doctor!

Great experience, even though we went there for a broken wrist. Never waited more than 10 minutes- if that - for either the Dr, an X-ray, or the PA. My daughter & I were treated very well & made to feel like we were important; not something one often feels these days. Highly recommend this practice &, not that I want to have my daughter break another bone, but I'd return here again if we had to!

I would highly recommend this office. The staff was incredibly friendly, and both the PA and Doctor that I saw were very thorough in examining all of the different pains I was having. They not only ordered an MRI, but referred me to other specialists for follow up care in different areas.

The staff is kind and caring. I needed PT for my problems and between this office and PT i am feeling so much more functional
