Sabrina at the front desk was welcoming and efficient and the female MRI technician was quite pleasant and professional. I would give 5 stars except for the over 1 hour late wait for the MRI. The lateness seems to be a recurring theme on these reviews so scheduling might be a little tight. But overall a positive experience.

Brandon at the front desk delivered exceptional customer service. I can't praise him enough. From beginning to end he was extremely efficient in spite of taking care of many other customers at the same time. He is prompt and efficient with everything. My X ray technician was also courteous and excellent. This made the entire experience enjoyable.

My experience with this facility was awesome. The young woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. She made me feel welcomed. My technician was very nice and answered any questions I had for him. Going in to get an xray when you're already hurting and concerned can be hard, so to walk in and be made to feel at ease was a pleasant experience.

If your doctor refers you here RUNNNNNNN! They are so difficult to work with and make trying to make an appointment is UTTERLY PAINFUL. They do NOT care about their patients and do not try to help in any way. I am just not even going to deal with them and get this MRI done. Its ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through.

My MRI technician, who never introduced himself, was very efficient and friendly but extremely busied as he was the ONLY one working back to back procedures. There is no front office help, he has to do everything, running back-and-forth. He did not talk to me during the MRI to let me know where we were in the procedure, was he even operating the machine? How could he be if he was running the front office with other patients? This place definitely needs additional staff.
