Complete Women's Care - William Anyaegbunam

I was having such severe pelvic pain which I had called to see the earliest they could get me in being a new patient. Got me in the next day. Now the day prior (when the pain was unbearable) I went to Ellis Medical center and they did me JUSTICE by doing what needed to be done to see what was causing the pain. I walk into this "gyno" office and not only was the receptionist so beyond rude to my mother who only wanted to make sure the proper questions were asked.

But the "doctor" did a BREAST exam and then proceeded to not do any internal exam that was needed. Last time I checked when you're going in for pelvic pain which was an ovarian cyst (thanks to Ellis Medical) my breast's have nothing and I mean NOTHING to do with that issue. There was not ONE other patient in that building. So the fact that my mother couldn't come into the room with me and was told to leave is an absolute joke! I walked out of there With less answers than I did walking in. And felt violated. Lose lose in my book. This place needs to be shut down like yesterday.

Very rude! The doctor doesn't lessen to your concerns rushes appointments and is very rough with exams and during labor was there my whole pregnancy he was very rude during my 6 week pp appointment and the resptionist was also very rude I won't be going back

If I can leave a 0 I would, my wife made an appointment to beck checked out she got bloodwork done that was required before even going there. They say she never got the blood work done. We have proof it was done we had an appointment that was set weeks in advance and the lady over the phone who was nasty told her the doctor is too busy to see her even though we had an appoint.

I do not recommend anyone use this company's services they are uneducated and clearly can't look things up and do not stick to their appointments that they have scheduled weeks in advanced. They pick and choose who they want to see.

Loraine is very rude. When I asked them to do a test they refused me. I had a miscarriage and the Dr was indifferent like i am just another dollar added to his wallet and not a woman with feelings. I am having other issues with birth control, and he dismisses my concerns. I suggest you find another OBGYN.

Went here ONCE for an exam and was treated POORLY. The doctor didn't listen to MY needs and proceeded to ask the same questions over and over, when i walked in he asked what birth control I was on, i told him, he did the exam, went over a few things and then asked me, "so are you looking to be put on any birth control?" like SERIOUSLY?! and then last week I called to make an appointment for a possible UTI (yes I know this review is public but) and the woman goes, "Oh well your primary care doctor would help you with that, not us.

We only handle it if you're pregnant" I said, "I understand but this has been an ongoing thing and Im not even sure if its a UTI or something serious" she THEN SAID "Oh.well can it wait til after the weekend?" Very unprofessional and will be taking my OBGYN needs elsewhere.

I have been coming here for 12 years!. Listen up folks at 55 yrs old, this is the best Dr I have ever had. LORRAINE, has been so wonderful during all these years. I panic when my insc company changed, LORRAINE assured me it would be fine and I could continue with Dr ANYAEGBUNAM. I WOULD GIVE 10 stars if I could. I have referred friends too! Feel lucky to be a patient here!

So far I have had an excellent experience here, everyone is very friendly, and they have even taken me early for appointments (no long waits!) I have only had 4 appointments and btw- 3 ultrasounds :-) not really sure what happened with the previous reviewer-sorry!- maybe your insurance will only cover 1? I would recommend coming here for sure. Very convenient location being in Clifton park too.

Came here with my sister for her appointment. All i can say is RUDE! Front desk lady needs to change her attitude. And for your WHOLE ENTIRE PREGNANCY you can only have 1 ultrasound picture. Absolutely absurd. Never will i recommend this place. Ultrasound tech was a sweetheart. Only good thing.

Friendly doctor, helpful, BUT the Spanish lady at the desk is so rude always has an attitude never smiles! I hope she gets transferred to somewhere else otherwise I'm finding a new doctor. I'm pregnant & she raises my blood pressure EVERYTIME I go in.
