Four Seasons Pediatrics

I would recommend this practice to anyone. I went here as a child and I now bring my son here. The staff is always friendly and the providers are always thorough and take time to explain everything.

I am very grateful to the drs and medical staff here. They are truly amazing and I would highly recommend Four seasons for pediatric care.

We have gone here for almost 6 years and have primarily seen Dr Miller, Dr Lange, and Dr Ashley. They are all amazing. We have, thankfully, not been plagued with too many sick visits. But we have used the after hours on call number on more than one occasion and have spoken with someone quickly about our concerns. The pandemic has been hard for everyone all around but I think Four Seasons has done a great job at trying to educate their patient families about what is going on in their office and the greater pediatric and medical communities. I've appreciated that educational outreach and all they do for the health and well being of my kids.

Awful experience from the get-go. It's so hard being a parent with no one to ask questions. God forbid they see someone with allergies (symptoms weeks ago), it could be COVID (even with a negative test)! I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. Edited: Unfortunately, this wasn't a one off situation. I was actually told that after calling and my son being ill for 3 weeks that if it was in fact a sinus infection it would resolve on its own.

As a parent, who is worried feeling like the only way to be seen is a walk in when you just want to talk to a pediatrician, is difficult. I appreciate the hardships that have arisen since the pandemic (I've had to reach out to our last pediatrician in other state who provided care through this time). I have family in the medical field and it's hard but when we've been told multiple times we can't come in, we don't see sick patients that becomes difficult.

Especially for seasonal allergies and children that use inhalers. I'm thankful for other places (locally) that receive sick children. I hope things get better for Four Seasons and the community as a whole since Covid will be in our future.

Highly impressed with this office and all of their staff. Recently switched to them and so far we've had a great experience, from well visits, to sick visits & testing. They are really awesome. They always answer the phone, and are quick to accommodate and answer any questions and are up to date on all of the latest medical information. Would 100% recommend to any parents looking for great pediatric care.

We have recently switched to this Pediatricians office because the office we were going to shut down during the pandemic but we have followed Dr. Melissa from the other office. We LOVE Dr. Melissa! She is always very through in explaining things and she is always very good with our daughter. We consider going someplace else after the other office we visited shut down but we have been thrilled with the treatment and service Dr. Melissa gives us as parents and gives our soon to be 2 year old daughter. If you looking for a pediatrician, i would highly recommend Dr. Melissa! Thank you Dr. Melissa for always taking such good care of our little one!

Great providers! My sons drs office shut down and I had transferred out elsewhere and was not happy. However, I learned that Dr. Melissa was now working out of this office and immediately transferred as we LOVE her! My child isn't scheduled for his first NP appt to this practice for another week, however, woke up to being sick this morning and they got him right in with Dr. O'Connor who was absolutely outstanding!

Nasty front desk people, always had issues there, stayed for the doctors but became too much. They tell you to call them for emergencys and not to go to emergency room or urgent care and then when you have an actual emergency they tell you they can't see you because they have physicals. Also never got your own doctors on the on call phone line, always doctors from another office. Much happier and better service at new office!

This is a wonderful group of pediatricians. Dr. Elmer was my pediatrician as a child, and now I have the honor of bringing my son to see Dr. Miller. I know my baby is in good hands. I love this office, and highly recommend them to anyone with children.

We have been with Four Seasons Pediatrics for 20+ years and love Dr. Miller, Dr. Elmer, and how the group has grown over the years. Even with such growth, our children always get the time, care, and attention they deserve, and the office team is top notch and so easy to work with. They've handled communication about the pandemic with pertinent, factual information and transparency. We love these providers!
