Want a "FastPass" by our front desk? Check your child in online prior to arrival and all you need to do is let the receptionist know you're here. Your medical assistant will be notified immediately! Prior to your appointment you will receive a text and/or an email with a secure link. We hope everyone will try it out. Those who have tried it have loved the convenience and experienced a shorter than expected wait time.

Everybody in this practice is very very efficient very friendly find the phone calls to make the appointments all the way to the nurses to the doctors that handle your child I've never had any issues with this practice at all everything was always taken care of right away all my questions were answered if they didn't have the answer they would find the answer so I would highly highly recommend this office for your child's pediatrician and my child's favorite person here is AmberLoyson she is fantastic with her has worked very well with her and made her comfortable considering the situation we were in and made her fears go away so friendly and every time I tried to make the appointments I try to get with her

I've been bring all my children to this pediatrician and Dr. Machoul has showed nothing but compassion to my family at all times. I have children with some very serious medical conditions and he's always there to help. When ever I call and need to speak with nurse Debbie if I don't speak to her right then she calls me back asap to help. Dr. Machoul was the only pediatrician in Lee county Cape Coral area that would see my daughter due to her medical condition of having three transplanted organs.
Other pediatrician even Cape Coral hospital wouldn't touch her but Dr. Machoul and his staff back in 2009 was the caring professional that took her under there wings and even my other four children as well. I can remember one time that my oldest daughter needed medical attention right then and I pulled up to this office and Dr. Machoul and his nurse came right out into the parking lot and help my daughter until EMS got there to take her to the hospital.
My daughter ended up being airlifted back to MIA due to her transplanted organs. All my children goes to this pediatrician for all there medical needs as well. I would highly recommend this office for the best pediatrician office for all children, this office keeps their patients until they're 21 I believe if started at an young age. Love Dr. Machoul and staff.

We brought our newborn here today for his first check up. We were unimpressed to say the least. The waiting room was not big enough for the amount of clients that were scheduled. There weren't enough chairs for all the appts. The nurse that took us back was abrasive, hard to understand, and honestly judgmental. The exam rooms were very uninviting and cold.

David Mackoul was my pediatrician as a child, and to take my own children is a blessing. I wouldn't go anywhere else with anyone else. I trust and love David Mackoul and Amber Loyson. Mandy is also great. They listen to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. I love how receptive and concerned they are. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
The waiting times can sometimes be long, but you have to understand that season is here, and COVID has taken out staff. They all work the best they can with what they have available. With that in mind I would patiently wait because seeing them Is worth every minute sat.

We switched over to this office after having a horrible experience with our previous pediatrician. My kids LOVE Dr. Wysocka. She does so good with them as well as all of the other doctors they've seen at this office. I would recommend this office to everyone! The staff is always so gentle and great with the kids.

The worst! No wonder they have a 3.9 rating I have never felt with more rude front desk people in my life I love dr. Wysocka but there front desk and billing department are the rudest most disrespectful people i would not recommend this pediatrician office to any one and dr. Mackoul is rude too! Do better that's all I can say about this place is DO BETTER!

We have been going to Mackoul Pediatrics I believe for almost 4 years. The care we have received from Dr. Loyson, Mandy, and recently Dr. W, has been exceptional. Dr. Loyson is our son's primary pediatrician and she has been receptive to all of our concerns, without her listening and proactive nature we wouldn't have caught a medical issue as early as we did.
She has gone above and beyond to work with others in my son's medical team. I honestly am so impressed by her and her care, my son also adores her. It is so reassuring when a pediatrician reads notes from other doctors and reads through exams and results other professionals have ordered before even coming into the exam room to see us. It warms my heart and we are so thankful to have found someone who genuinely cares about our kid.

Both of my daughters have been seeing Dr. Loyson since birth. We love the practice and Dr. Loyson. I Always feel like my concerns are heard and that things are explained in such an easy to understand way. Things can be overwhelming for a first time mom and Dr. L never made me feel like I asked a silly question or took too much of her time. Nothing but wonderful things to say about all of them!

Have to say best pediatric in Cape Coral and vicinities! My family has been with the practice for over 11 years. My two kids have been in the office for all kind of visits well, sick, telemedicine and calls resources. The office in general is great specially the front during this time of pandemic. Thank you to all of you At Mackoul Pediatric's I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Very rude billing and office staff! I called left a voicemail saying I needed to make an appointment for my 2 sons. Didn't get a call till 2 days later and it was only to collect on a bill. The lady refused to make my appointments until I paid the $127 that I owed. I told her I would pay on Friday (pay day) and she said then I need to call back then and make an appointment. So rude switching doctors.

Debbie who answers the phones has no phone etiquette. Super rude. Needed a new PED since I just moved here and all she does is interrupt and give attitude. I said "do I have to seek another PED?" And she rudely said yes. Like if my business isn't important. That goes to show me how much they appreciate their clients Since it's not letting me respond to your comment, I'll edit my post.
Who says I didn't want to sign it? She never said anything about signing. She kept sending me back to my original pediatrician stating they needed to send my sons vaccination records. When I went back to my PED, they stated YOUR office needed to send a request. YOUR office had me going back and forth and that's what I said to Debbie. When I said "do I have to go to another PED?" She stated yes.
So i don't know what kind of class service your office is giving. Also, considering the other reviews other people have posted, it doesn't seem like your office in general is very professional.
