This place is bad for hair transplantation. I had FUE transplantation for my hair but it's completely failed. It's been a year but still there is no difference in my hair line. And these guys cheat with graphs counting too. Please avoid this location for saving time and cost.

Please do not go here Dr Mirrafatti is so unprofessional he does a horrible job he is not certified. I do not understand how this place is still even open he double books the day of surgery and makes you wait hours and after surgery if you have any questions him and his staff will make you feel bad for even asking and tell you youre over exaggerating when in fact i had an infection but only knew because i went to hospital! I absolutely love it, I've been coming here for years and Dr. Mirrafati is the best Cosmetic Surgeon you can find. His work of art explains itself. He is so talented and honorable, that I would not trust anyone else. He is honest with you, and will not only guide you in the right direction but explain what is in your best interest. His techniques are like no other, and he's reasonable but also so worth it!

You have to realize when you put your body in the hands of someone, it's very important to understand there strong work ethics and your outcome. I can promise you, no matter what your wanting to enhance or aesthetically please, Dr. Mirrafati will give you outstanding results, he has years of experience and high quality standards. His staff has also been there from the start, Monica is very sweet and knowledgeable as well. They treat you like family here, and you will leave so amazed!

I went with doctor Mirrafati for breast implants my surgery was November 2nd of 2021 a week after my surgery and I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with my breast they are beautiful the doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone he is very compassionate and honest and his staff is very friendly I was originally going to get saline implants but I had a Financial problem that occurred that I wasn't able to upgrade to silicone implants but after talking with the doctor right before surgery he gave me the upgrade for Harley anything that came from his big heart I really appreciate what he did for me thank you Dr. Mirrafati you are the best

Today I went in for my last check up. I got my surgery done in may 2021. If anyone reads this please save your time and go somewhere else . I have not stopped crying since my surgery. His staff monica was not helpful never responded to my questions after they took my deposit. And talking to him was so upsetting. He shamed me for wanting the size I wanted. Told me things like if I had gone bigger and then went to church that people would stare.

So pretty much saying he did me a favor. He talks louds to intimidate and has no empathy to my feelings. He kept asking me if I was crying like it bothered him that I was upset.

Very bad costumer service, the surgeon and the assistant manager were very rude. The surgeon made and offensive comment about body which made me feel awful. They made me wait for more than an hour for my appointment after the initial time of it. I definitely don't recommend. And they not working properly and under their California Public HEALTH Department

Wonderful service, just ask for the schedule and show up according to what times they recommend. Always call before you show up, because they are busy busy.

Good doctor I could wear anything and look good I always get compliments on my body I would definitely recommend this doctor to anybody his prices are good people might think that he's not nice but he's just honest I'd rather want a doctor tell me what I want then to lie and tell me what I don't need

I went to Dr Mirafatti originally for Breast Augmentation he did an amazing job, I absolutely love them. Though I plan to go bigger and the only place I will go now is to him. So it's going to be a trip since I have now moved away from the area. But I don't mind because his work is phenomenal. I also went and got lip injections/filler for the first time with him. It was quick and turned out absolutely beautiful. Thanks Dr Sid.

This place is horrible. I made an appointment to be seen for laser hair removal, got there on time and proceeded to have to wait an hour and 20 minutes in the waiting Room, so I had to leave reschedule and I just left my rescheduled appointment why I waited another hour and 20 minutes to be seen. I have not done any work done these people just waste your time argue with their customers enough in their lobby. Therr were multiple people that had problems with this company. Do not go here unless you want to waste your entire day.

This doctor says that they have discounts and "good special prices" on all their cosmetic surgeries. I beg of you to please pay a little more and get the job done right, else well. This office is completely unprofessional. They don't even have a real nurses working there to assist. The front desk has no idea what they're doing nor do the medical assistances. it was such a bad experience that I started crying before I went under. Please do not go here for your own safety. They don't care about you or your safety or even your health.

I did not get surgery here nor will I. I can not speak on his work; I am glad so many people had a great experience. It's true you do wait a long time even if you have an appointment. But that is due to how much they overbook. My review is due to their practices. Very pushy. I understand this is a business but this is still SURGERY and it should not be rushed into.

They falsely advertise a free consultation. When you arrive you spend about 15 minutes with the doctor and write away he lets you know in order to "make notes on your chart" you have to leave a deposit of atleast $100. He stresses this numerous times. This might not be a red flag for some but it is for me as I have been to numerous other consultations that are actually free with more decent practices.

I understand the deposit will not be refunded but I wanted to use it at least towards something else at Mira Aesthetic. They do not allow it and insist it has to be for the chart he originally made notes on? Distasteful.

I am associated with Mira only because they took over my previous doctor's practice. The office staff are terrible. I simply needed a copy of a lab result. In a well run practice this is a 5 minute process. In Marrafati's practice this has been a 10 week project and counting. Multiple emails ignored, VM ignored, multiple phone calls - we will call back and never do.

This is a huge red flag - a poor front office staff is usually reflective of the doctor as well. Check the reviews thoroughly under both Mirrafati's name and practice with Yelp, Google etc. While there are multiple positive reviews, there are also multiple bad reviews that are similar in message. The words rude, horrible, unprofessional, worst experience are common.

Some unique comments include botch job, clueless, practice is a joke, lack of respect for patients. I have no first hand experience with the Mirrafati and never will but his staff is inept.

It doesn't get any better than this place! Dr. Mirrafati is amazing! He is an artist and he definitely knows what he's doing. The staff is incredible too. I have been going to Mira Aesthetic for many years and after 2 surgeries and many office visits I have never been disappointed! Janet is always there with a smile and so incredibly helpful, she's awesome! The entire staff is great and I always look forward to my visits. I've referred many people and will keep doing so!
