Our goal has always been to provide the best possible care and customer service to all our patients and our clients' workforce. Our facilities are located in the cities of Anaheim and Tustin with easy access to freeways. We provide medical treatment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our clients.
Services
I am very pleased with Sunrise Healthcare Centers and the services they have been providing for Park West Companies, Inc. When it comes to workers compensation the Doctors are very knowledgeable. Communication is as easy as picking up the phone and speaking directly to the Doctor or Medical Director.
You can come to our offices for common simple ailments. We also can take care of your cuts, bruises, sprains, strains, dislocations and fractures. We have on-site Xray facilities and can treat most medical problems needing immediate care.
Sunrise Healthcare Centers are dedicated to providing the best medical care available to the community. We proudly hold high ethical and business standards. Many studies have indicated that a large amount of patients that have gone to the Hospital Emergency Rooms could have been seen, diagnosed, and treated at an Urgent Care Center at a much lower cost and without the overextended wait times that typically are associated with ER visits. With our licensed physicians on-site, Sunrise Healthcare Centers are able to offer a wide range of services.

Sent here for fit test, blood work, and drug screen for pre-employment. Got here about 8:10 ish and was out at 9:04. Jesse was kind and easy going. So glad didn't take forever like some other centers

My facilities I visit now require weekly Covid testing. My company scheduled a curbside testing appointment. I did not receive a call regarding appointment instructions but fortunately my coworker was able to fill me in on the day of. Drive to the right side of the building. Park in orange cone stall, call them to notify of arrival and receive curbside assist.

My technician was Daisy and she was very friendly and professional. She went around the different Parked cars swabbing noses and by the time she was done with a whole round, she was able to provide me with my results for the rapid test for facility entry. Daisy made the experience awesome! See you guys next week!

It's not often we walk into a doctors office in this day & age and meet one of the coolest doctors I've ever met! "Cameron Christie" I have a disdain for the majority of medical professionals But Cameron is by far above the statusquo! He's defiantly what doctors should aspire too! W/a kool caring swagger that warms the room when he enters! He's defiantly a keeper! I would highly recommend requesting him if you happen to stop at sunrise medical in Anahiem/Tustin area!

Dr. Mapara and Dr. Akotia are one of the best physician i have ever talked to. They care about their patients and offer their expert opinions from their extensive knowledge about the medicine.

Was sent here to take a drug test to due to the place required their applicants to do so, front desk are really nice and helpful, EXCEPT THE NURSE WHO WAS GIVING ME THE TEST! The Asian lady in blue was rushing me and pushy, i asked her a question and she answered me with such attitude and offended me personally . I wanted to call her out but instead I just stayed quiet and walked away when I was finished.

What was worse is that I saw her be rude and give attitude to the other nurses there too. Someone tell her to fix that ugly attitude she has and these poor ratings I'm putting is because of her!

I first have to say, these negative reviews seem just mean spirited and I just had the opposite experience! It was all over the phone because they are only doing telemedicine for my respiratory problem due to Covid restrictions. Daisy could not have been nicer or more helpful with arranging my call with the Doctor. It's a frustrating and different situation in health care right now but I felt it was a great experience for my situation. Thanks Daisy!

They don't even deserve a one star worse urgent care ever I was there waiting for 4 hours and there is only 4 patients! Worse male nurse ever so rude never ever going back here again and I don't recommend this stupid urgent care to anyone

There website mentions they are open on a saturday. Got there after 20 minutes drive to find it closed. Called to inquire about their opening hours, a lady who seemed to be having lunch and sipping coke replied and didn't even bother to appologize for the inconvenience!

I went there today and after 15 min I got out of there as fast as I could. They don't have Covid19 protocols. The front desk lady hands a bunch of pens to a patient to put in a cup on the table for people to use to fill out forms. Then I saw one of doctors with no mask the same with couple of patients.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. I was involved in a MVC (motor vehicle collision) while on the clock for my company and they sent me here for treatment such as physical therapy and follow ups. Physical therapy went great, not one single time did I have anything to complain about. However follow ups on the other hand. I've added nothing but rough times while have scheduled follow ups.

Multiple different times I sat in a room unattended for nearly 2 hours because they were "backed up and understaffed". Now i don't know about you guys, but that is extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend anyone seek any treatment here other than physical therapy if possible.

I have been going to Sunrise Healthcare Center for over 25 years and have received nothing but best healthcare and support. Staff is always very supportive. Doctors in staff are very experienced, professional and know their business very well. Diagnosis is always on the money and always follow up with phone call to make sure all is well.

I work in the health care field. I was sent in because I hurt my back on the job. This woman brings me back and is immediately bossy and notice in the least. She tells me repeatedly to close doors, or wash my hands after I pee. Just very pushy. She goes to take my vitals and puts the BP cuff on wrong, I point it out and she says "no I can hear it" and of course my vitals come back wonky.

If I was 140/110 there is something way worse than my back going on. She goes to take an x-ray, has me laying on the thing while I cry in pain. Finishes, but doesn't tell me I can get up.cool thanks. The other "nurse?" Came in and started telling me I was constipated, well yeah I have hypothyroidism. That's a package deal. she waves me off and tells me to take metamusil.

Ok thanks grandma. I tried to tell her how the other woman was acting. And she brushed me off. I said gee thanks for the support. She told me "wow what an attitude you have!" I waited in the lobby for paperwork sobbing. If you get hurt on the job.pray you don't get sent here.

I understand now why they have such a low rating. I was second on the list when they opened, and I still waited an hour. The nurse seemed to be trying to hit my injured foot on every corner. The doctor took forever and was supposed to call with my xray results but never did. Receptionists wouldn't tell me my results. I went for a follow up and waited an hour only to be told they wont see me for the same injury.

Insurance right? Well insurance says otherwise. Finally got my results, but no return to work note that I requested for my hr. Instead I got a note I could not work which was useless to me. They refered me to several other urgent cares, but none of them take my insurance. My insurance is gonna look into it but what good does that do me now. I'll have to find another urgent care or just go to an er next time. Worst part is my second visit was completely avoidable but the receptionist, knowing they wouldn't see me, told me to come and talk to the doctor.

I am usually not one to put up a stink. However, I am a supervising manager at a dental office and feel it my duty to report an issue an employee recently had while at the clinic. She had gone in to get blood drawn. As soon as the incident happened, which I have reported, I personally called the clinic, said I needed to send an employee for blood to be drawn, and wanted to ensure that was okay due to it being 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday.

Throughout my employees' time at the facility, she was keeping me updated. By 5:30P I had the whole story. She was there over 3 hours. She had seen a Dr. The Dr. supposedly did not know how to draw blood. The nurse did not know how to draw blood either. Nor did any of the other nurses there. She clearly sated she had a Latex allergy. Apparently she was told this clinic does not have latex free gloves, so they would happily do the work GLOVELESS.

The Dr. walked out of the room at 5:00 saying his time was done for the day. The front office clerk proceeded to ask my employee if she would feel comfortable having her try to draw blood. This front office clerk confirmed she had no experience whatsoever drawing blood, and was just a front office paperwork girl. Pretty terrible experience, and embarrassing as a supervisor to have had sent my employee to this clinic.

Terrible place for service. Went in for a drug test for work. Waiting in the lobby area wouldve b3en fine. But they called me in and had me stand there for 10 mins while the guy gets trained on something else entirely. Also probably not a good idea to talk about another paitient in front of another one.

I was there for a physical exam, to get it done took my the whole day. They may be nice n professional but I don't think a physical exam should not take that long. if there was a lower rate than a start that would be my rating for this place. I would never come back

Coming here was a mistake. Not because of the service provided but because of the billing issues coming to light almost a year later. I went to urgent care in January. 11 months later I receive a bill in the mail for what looks like my copay. The problem is the bill was dated in June (5 months after service), postmarked in November and it states on the bill it is the first invoice.

Why am I receiving a bill 11 months later? Not only that, they use a bill collecting company and I tried calling twice to dispute the charge only to get a wrong number dial tone. I searched the company they use and found they had a typo on the phone number on the invoice. This many errors makes me feel very suspect about the legitimacy of the charge.

I am always asked to pay my copay at the time of service so I don't know if I will be paying twice. I can't trust the billing company because they have a terrible track record in my opinion. Now I need to go searching through all my credit bill records and checkbooks to see if I already paid. And what if I paid in cash? I can't trust they would have documented it correctly. I am very disappointed and wish I went somewhere else.

Checking in and getting called back was less than 15 minutes but the wait time to get checked out by the physician was over 30 minutes in the room and not to mention another 15 minutes to get a follow up appointment. Should probably consider hiring another personnel to help speed things up. I brought my mom here and if it was for me I wouldn't return.

The front desk, Lourdes was so rude. She sounds like sweet on the phone but once you ask her questions on site, her real attutude will come out. She answers you sarcastically. The physical therapist is such a nice woman but she keeps forgetting your statistic and repeatedly asking you same questions. I also noticed that their doctors do not spend much time diagnosing their patient. They are always in a hurry.

Had such a great experience. Staff is friendly (especially the lady at the reception desk) and professional. It was my firs time there and still I was in an out in no time. The doctor was very informative and explained exactly what steps needs to be taken. I had an xray there. And they even have physical therapy! I recommend this place

When I arrived here with my 5-year old daughter, there was only one urgent care patient ahead of us. We have been here an hour and still have not been seen. They say there is still only one person ahead of us even though 30-mins ago we were told we were next. Never again will I waste my time with this place.

The staff in the front are so rude and disrespectful, I have been to Dr. Sunil for over 6 years I love their office but I don't what's going on lately and why they are so rude? They have no set schedules or any idea of what's going on you could be hurt and sitting there for hours and no one can give u an approx. time that you will be seem by the doctor or nurse. I have never seen anything like this.

Dr. Sun was fantastic, amazing, & very nice. I will Definately come back to him, the receptionist ladies were nice as well and they all were so nice and easy to talk too. If you need something for the Ears, throat, and nose and etc. I recommend going to Dr. Sun. I don't understand one of the comments that's bad I think that person has the wrong place. Dr. Sun is AMAZING

I hadn't needed an ENT until recently but I would recommend Dr. Sun highly. He has a great patient manner, and educates while he treats. He engenders trust with his knowledge and extroverted nature. office staff, Tiffany, is also nice and takes calls for dr. Sun all week long. He only meets in the office on Mondays. I think he may work for Kaiser Permanente during the week.
