Tracy Urgent Care

Nothing urgent about this place. The reviews about long waits and a rude and unhelpful front desk are spot on. If you want to pay money to be treated like a massive inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Edit: As a response to the reply, my review is for the correct location, upstairs 2160 Tracy "urgent" care. My review reflects what others have also said.

Your front desk staff is dismissive and unhelpful which resulted in long unnecessary delays. You guys need to focus on the "urgent" and the "care" parts of Tracy Urgent Care or change your name to "Tracy -I'll get to it when I get to it- Care" We will not be returning and suggest others to get help elsewhere.

Walked in and was immediately greeting by blanca and debbie, they were super helpful with getting me set up right away and it was a very short wait to see Dr. Grewal. the whole staff here were very nice, professional, and helpful

My experience here was better then other clinics I've been to. From front desk to the nurse to the doctor, they were all very nice

Tracy Urgent care is my family's choice for health care. I've been seeing Dr. Grewal for the past 8 yrs. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Tracy Urgent care is our choice for health care!

I went in today on 5/6/22. The lady's at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Dr Kanwar Grewal was genuinely caring and respectful. All in all one of the best doctors I've been to. Was 100% knowledgeable and correct on everything I went in there for and really helped me. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend him to everyone and I will continue to go to see him. I just want to thank the staff of Tracy urgent Care and doctor Kanwar Grewal for helping me today.

Tracy Urgent Care is the best place for urgent. I like this place so much that I've made Dr. Grewal my primary care physician. The ladies that work there are also so friend and extremely helpful! Highly Recommend this place!

I love the nurse staff especially Blanca she's fun and friendly and made my visit fun. I love her energy in the morning. Excellent customer service it really made a difference in my day. -Will

The front desk was super nice. The nurses were amazing as well. Doctor was quick and prompt. I was dreading have to come to urgent care but it was great service all around

The service was a bit slow but that is to be expected at almost any urgent care. Once I was called, however, it was in an out pretty quickly. I did just go in for a blood draw but the doctor still peeked in to make sure I was ok and asked if i had any questions.

Wouldn't go to any other urgent care in this area. All of the employees are super nice especially Blanca. The doctor is very patient and helpful as well.

I rolled my ankle playing soccer, and it swelled up really bad. The staff at Tracy Urgent Care were very courteous and conscientious of my needs, and made sure I did not have to wait very long to see the physician. After entering the doctors examination room, I did not wait more than 5 minutes for Dr. Grewal to arrive. His examination was thorough, yet swift.

He didn't waste any time just looking at a swollen foot, he instead immediately ordered an X-ray. I would highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs. 10 STARS!

Debbie (Receptionist) & Blanca (MA) are very helpful and busy at same time. They are the 1st ladies that any1 encounters & they are extremely professional as well as quick in trying to get every1 acclimated for their visit. Dr. Grewal is very knowledgeable, as long as you are honest & inform them on what you & your body are "feeling" like, then he can recommend/diagnose/assist you in road to recovering. Thanks & kudos to your crew!

Excellent speedy service. Front desk medical staff is prompt organized and efficient, my 11 month old was seen by excellent Dr. Kanwar Grewal. Drove 30 miles to Tracy urgent care because other Urgent cares in my area do not see infants, and recommend we compact some emergency rooms instead for a mild cold. Luckily Tracy Urgent care took care of my family and is now my go to efficient Urgent care choice.

Great service and the medical staff in the front desk are very kind fast organized and efficient the doctors always make me comfortable and generally care about my recovery I highly recommend them the staff are very professional and courteous they make it easy to book an appointment and this is coming from someone that used to hate coming to the doctors

I've been under Dr Grewal's care for years, since moving from the Bay Area. The staff is always professional and courteous. Easy to make appointments by calling in but I've also been seen by dropping in. The waiting area is clean too. Highly recommend this facility for your health care provider.

Went to Tracy Urgent care for a foot/ankle injury. Blanca and Debbie were very friendly and professional. I was set up to see Dr. Mohsen Saadat within a couple of minutes. He was professional and gave a thorough analysis of what was going on. After I was immediately set up with an x-ray and a follow-up appointment.

Just getting into the clinic and the older front desk lady barley greets us and doesn't seem to have any urgency. I already don't like the service just based off the attitude. A few people checked in after us and I can hear her condescending attitude. Not sure what the doctor is like but hoping things turn around quick

I needed to be seen, as I haven't been sick in many years. When I walked in I was greeted by Blanca and Debbie whom were both very welcoming and provided great service. The visit with Dr. Kanwar Grewal was quick and to the point answered all my questions he provided me with antibiotics and with in 3 days I was feeling better. Thank you Tracy Urgent Care!

Just visited again today and I must say they always treat me with kindnes from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor. If you are looking for a doctor I highly recommend this place

Dr. GREWAL is a very compassionate person who bends over backwards to assist his patients. Unlike other doctors he does not prescribe a ton of medications. My father was under his care and felt much better because Dr. GREWAL made sure he took only the medications he needed. His insurance got messed up. He was not able to pay for his visits. This did not affect his care. His staff are extremely accommodating also and also do their utmost for the patients

Tracy Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic, where Dr. Grewal and his team will take care of your both urgent and regular medical needs. It has a comforting setting and welcoming environmental atmosphere. Nurse Blanca and her co-workers are all very nice and helpful.

I had an urgent matter and needed to ve seen right away. they scheduled within 2 hrs and when i walked in staff were very friendly. The dr was very cordial and answered all my questions. Then went back 4 days fir a follow up, Blanca the RN is super helpful and kind. I recommend this place to anyone. great experience

I have been having problems with my ear and wanted to get it checked in case it had an infection. I've never been to this office before and was really impressed how nice it was. All of the staff and the doctor were very friendly also. I have piece of mind now because the doctor told me there was no infection.

I've had to visit Tracy Urgent Care twice this month, both times I didn't have an appointment and had a very short wait before being seen by Dr. Grewal. Blanca took very good care of my child, who was happy to receive a candy and some stickers at the end for being so good. Dr. Grewal is a kind, but no nonsense, tell you like it is kinda guy.which I definitely appreciate. The entire staff here is very friendly and I had no issues both times I visited.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They went above and beyond. There was not a long wait time, very clean facility. They took the time to answer all my questions and get everything that was needed completed all in one visit. The entire staff is amazing, one in particular "Blanca "went above and Beyond. This place is well recommended by far. They even called me the following day with results, the follow through is also phenomenal.

The staff and doctor here were absolutely amazing with my little one. Considering this is an Urgent Care I wasn't expecting much. My daughters pediatrician couldn't see her that day so we went here. First I'd like to thank Yvonne and Debbie. They were both at the front desk and immediately had my daughter feeling comfortable. I appreciate them finding us a room so quick. Blanca was the best MA I've ever come across. She treated my daughter like her own. Lastly Dr. Grewal.absolutely amazing. He really cared. Even followed up with me that night. Thank you doctor!

If you find yourself needing urgent care or care for yourself or loved ones I recommend Tracy Urgent care. I dropped a car battery on my toe and broke it and I was told to report there. Not knowing what to expect I was treated with dignity, respect and most of all compassionate care. Doctor Grewal is so personable and it is reflected in his staff. Debbie, Blanca and others in his office will provide the finest care you will receive. they care about you and how to help you in your time of need.

We went to Tracy Urgent Care and got great care from Dr. Grewal and Blanca. Thanks for seeing us quickly without an appointment.

I really hate to give negative reviews. But my experience today was just insane. I called Friday for information on COVID testing. The office staff was super nice and provided the information I asked for. We were told they opened Saturday at 9 and no appointment was needed. We show up at 855 and were the second people to check in. After ironing out some insurance issues, again great staff, we were set to be seen.

I watched over the course of 2 hours as they took every person who walked in after us. I finally asked how long it would take, and we were ushered back into a room. The doctor came in for maybe 2 minutes and sent his nurse in for the testing. 2 hours for a 3 minute exam for 2 people.

I have been coming to Tracy Urgent Care off and on for about 3 years. As many have said, Dr. Grewal is quite good. He really listens to what you have to say, and then gives an honest and direct analysis. He's efficient, but also thoughtful. If you can, come during the day on a weekday. I think that's when Dr. Grewal usually works. Oh, and the Billing Department was really good with the previous lady, but she moved to the South.

I haven't worked with the new person yet. Also, Tracy Urgent Care has great prices for people who don't have insurance. This has been a huge factor for me over the years. I couldn't give 5 stars because: sometimes the front desk just doesn't seem to care much, and the wait can be really long without an appointment - and since they're an Urgent Care, they can't really give good ETAs. Make an appointment if you can, call at least the day before.

I had the coronavirus and doctor Grewal is so patient and understands what im going through. I went to 3 different doctors and they kept saying arthritis. I'm like I never had that before. He knows its from the virus and did every safety measure possible. He helps cheers me up and tells me I will be back to the same it just takes time. He really needs to be recognized for his professionalism.

He dropped my anxity i had by so much. Finally a family doctor i can trust. I almost switched to kasier for my whole family but now we don't have to. Hes my new family primary care doctor. Thanks so much doctor Grewal for understanding, and taking your time with me abd not giving up like every other docotr I had. Deffentily staying with him and my whole family. Please if you need a doctor see this doctor. Ive been to so many and don't understand the coronavirus like he does. Thanks again urgent care for such a awesome doctor!

I had COVID-19 test done there. It was excruciatingly painful (a 10/10 pain level) for close to a minute or so, and the swab came out bloody. I inquired that this test, even though the swab has to go "pretty far in", is not supposed to be super painful, have lingering discomfort (which I have still, 1 hr later), or come out with blood. I have no conditions that would explain the blood.

I came here on numerous occasions for a worker's comp injury & I felt Dr. Grewal genuinely cared for my wellbeing & ensured that I recovered efficiently. He is also very accommodating & understanding as he was able to squeeze me in before his lunch even after it being my fault & being extremely late for one of my appointments. The two women in the front desk, Ofelia & Liz, were always so pleasant & humorous! These two always brought on their A-games & their synergy was palpable. Great staff, & quick & superb service :!

Do yourself a favor and go in the evening when they rotate staff. The front desk gals in the morning make are a nightmare to deal with. They are unprofessional and extremely rude! Luckily, I was scheduled to come back in the evening and saw a noticeably different reception. To the docs--the front desk is a representation of your practice--either train them on proper service skills or fire them.

I've come here a few different occasions, and one of the times, I did have to wait super long on a walk in, but I realize that was out of their control. Today, I called to see if they had any openings and they had a 5:15. I rushed over there and explained that if they can, try to get me out by 6pm because my son had a soccer game. Ofelia in the front desk was so nice and got me in quickly. Liz was my nurse, and she was friendly, quick, and helpful! They got me in and out and was so gracious. I highly recommend Tracy Urgent Care!

I used Tracy Urgent Care for the first time on Sept 26, and it definitely won't be the last. It started with how easy it was to get an appointment. they stay open late, which is nice for working people. their office staff are friendly and courteous. The medical staff were very professional, but personable. they made me feel welcome and confident that I was getting quality service. I consider their fees quite reasonable, even for someone like me with no insurance. I would recommend them to anyone. Every city should have a care center like this.

3.5/5 Rounded up Where I do like the Doctors and staff at this clinic I do not like the wait times. The Doctors I have seen here are really nice and managed to help diagnose me when my last Doctor couldn't which I am very appreciative of. It wasn't anything serious, just a partial tear in my ACL and bad case of Runners knee but at least now after over a year with the correct procedures I am well on the road to recovery.

I also have my asthma treated here and haven't had any complaints in getting the prescriptions I need. The wait times however are not so great. If I have an appointment at 4pm I expect to be seen at 4pm. 5 minutes late, yes. maybe even 10 as I understand appointments don't always run on time but 4:30 or even 4:45 isn't acceptable especially when you have your own schedule to keep to. Decent enough place, I have definitely been to worse.
