Services
A physical examination helps your healthcare provider to determine the general status of your health. The exam also gives you a chance to talk to them about any ongoing pain or symptoms that you are experiencing or any other health concerns that you might have. Our philosophy is to provide individualized care to keep people as active and healthy as possible.

Dr. Chima and the front office staff is amazing! However, my appointments with NP have not been helpful and often feel like my questions and concerns go unanswered. After getting lab work done the NP failed to communicate the interpretation of the results with me which was disappointing that I had to google information myself. I also had paperwork that the lab tech and NP refused to do because I had not had an in-person visit since 2019 (because I had virtual appts during Covid), and then two days after the fact she told me they would complete it when it was no longer needed! -ridiculous! (the form was unrelated to my overall in-person visits/physical appointments) I don't even think they looked over the document.

I recently switched insurance companies and have so felt heard and seen by the doctors here. The people at the front desk are respectful and they can often get you in for appointments in a timely manner. I have had a medical mystery lately and have been here a lot in the last few weeks, and I love that I can call and get an appointment the same day. I feel that the nurse practitioners really take their time with you and you are a person not just another number. Maggie who does the bloodwork here is also super kind!

The review is for the support staff of the clinic specifically Cynthia. Cynthia is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called Cynthia to make an appointment and she yelled at me and spoke in an extremely unprofessional tone. She did it twice in a row - first when I called her directly for an appt and second when my insurance company called her on my behalf confirming that the member id I gave her was right.
The clinic needs professional non-clinical staff. Note: This review does not reflect on the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Chima. He is an amazing doctor and takes the time to get to know his patients and works with them to provide the best treatment.

My infusion nurse was concerned about my blood pressure and called into the office with concerns. Received a call back and got an appointment as soon as they could get me in which was a cancellation. Had my appointment with Dr. Ooi and changed my blood pressure meds and I have seen positive results within days. Their Covid-19 procedures are very good.

I was disappointed to learn that my appointment was a short visit instead of a comprehensive visit that I scheduled for. I had 3 issues to discuss and we were only able to address 1. Now I have to come back for another appointment and have to pay another co-payment. I feel the scheduling person could have done a better job. Otherwise I was please with the promptness of the visit and the recommendations of the doctor.

I have so much respect for Dr. Chima. He is kind, informative and unfailingly patient. He treats you like you are the expert on your own body and he's just there to guide you. He smiles and laughs, reassures and really listens. You can tell he loves people and his job. I recommend him to everyone. It can be hard to get an appointment sometimes, but we are always at least able to get in to see his nurse, who my kids also love.

Janina, who works under Dr. Harris, is amazing! I feel like she genuinely listens to all of my concerns and addresses them all in ways that are easily understandable. The front office staff and the ladies who draw blood are very pleasant as well. I have a hard time finding a doctor that I like because I'm a chubby woman and don't always feel like I am being listened to when I'm talking about my health. However, so far I love this office and would recommend it to anyone!

Once you get ahold of either your Doctor or a Nurse Practitioner, everything is great. They are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, you need to schedule an extra hour for your visit. I have been there several times and I have never been shown to a room at my scheduled time. My wife today had an 11:15 appointment, and was finally shown to a room at 11:53.
One time, with a pinched nerve in my spine from a fall, I showed up to my appointment just a little early and was left writhing in pain on the waiting room couch for over a half hour while the counter staff did nothing to try to make me comfortable. My wife finally had to plead for at least an ice pack. I have called several times for test results, or to talk with my Dr. or the N.P. that saw me, only to be transferred around until finally leaving a voice mail (for the assistant, not for the practitioner who is somehow kept in the dark).
The message specifically tells the caller (me) not to call again, that all voicemail will be answered in 24-48 hours. That isn't the case though because they never returned my messages. I was only able to get my results by asking to talk to Susan, the office manager.
