I could write a novel, these people are consistently amazing. I've been with them for years now and I'm convinced: best team of medical professionals in northern CA. If you are looking for people who truly care and are thorough in everything they do, this is your office. Dr. Gramm and both NPs do such a great job, every time I go anywhere else I am disappointed. The front office staff is also such a delight.

Dr. Gramm, and his office staff, got me in and out of my medical exam (job required) yesterday in record time! They were very friendly, took the time to answer my questions, explained what they were doing, and got me out in time to make my next appointment. I'm going to make Dr. Gramm my primary care doctor, and actually go back for a full check-up (that's saying something for a healthy 48-year old guy). I was very impressed with their service.

Dr. Gramm is professional and caring. He and his staff take the time to understand the whole person and provide the best care and referrals. I am so thankful they are on my side. Dr. Gramm provides compassionate care and has helped me with ongoing conditions to navigate proper care with testing, diagnosis and treatment.

Nancy Bender is AMAZING! She's straight to the point, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Emily, the medical assistant, was amazing as well. I was worried about having an appointment in the morning thinking I would be waiting forever in the waiting room, then waiting forever to be examined. My appointment was right on time and they had me in and out less than 45 mins. Thank you so much!

Despite repeated attempts to like this place, as I am very loyal to Loomis and small businesses, I cannot stress how awful the treatment has been here. I was beginning a job at a large well known hospital in Sacramento, and needed records of my childhood shots as well as a TB screening. They were so disorganized that I had to return multiple times for unneeded reasons, once where they didn't even initial the TB results, and I barely made my own deadline for my work.
More recently, a family member was showing significant signs of pink eye. Not only did they not prescribe medication, they didn't even check lungs despite a horrendous cough. It's a great appeal to have Mayberry Medical, but if you want real care, go somewhere else.

I found Dr. Gramm to be very dismissive and unsympathetic of the issues I wanted to talk about. I gave up even trying to tell him all the issues I wanted to talk about halfway down the list, he was so dismissive. I had an injured arm from work that he was rather brusque and rude about, and he essentially said "If it hurts, don't use it.", and a very embarrassing skin condition on my face that I need a dermatologist's treatment for, but he refused to refer me to the dermatologist I have been seeing for years, saying my skin was not bad enough.
I've had problems with Hills Physicians Group in general for their rationing of care and lack of empathy and poor professionalism for years, from almost all of their physicians. Essentially, Dr. Gramm talks over you, interrupts you, is brusque, is dismissive, acts like he has better things to do with his time than talk to you. I have found Hills Physicians Group so unpleasant over the past 10 years that my family and I may go to a totally new Physician's Group, or I may even go total Medicare.
