Although most of our patients reside in the greater Sacramento area, many have also traveled from the Bay Area, as far north as Redding, and from out of state.
At the Lee Institute of Plastic Surgery, all aspects of cosmetic surgery are offered. From facial procedures to rejuvenate or correct imperfections, to breast and body procedures to enhance and restore what weight gain or pregnancy has done to our bodies, the latest proven techniques are available for our patients.
Some candidates for breast augmentation are women who want a fuller bustline or those whose breast development simply did not meet their personal expectations. Other candidates include those women who have some asymmetry in the volume or size of their breasts, as well as those who have lost volume after weight loss, pregnancy, or the result of aging.

I would give them one star if I could. I called to make an appointment for a breast reduction and based off of a number on the scale they refused to even give me a consult. Because my BMI was too high? I'm pretty athletic, NOT a plus size, but apparently I didn't deserve the human decency of even looking at me before judging that I wasn't healthy enough for elective surgery. This place is so disappointing.

I have been waiting so long to have my tummy done, and when I finally decided to do it, I knew Dr. Lee would be the right doctor for me. Dr. Lee took the time with me and was understanding what I was looking for. My recovery is coming along and I'm loving the results everyday now. Zhanna was so kind and honest with me from the start. She helped me with all my paper work, and procedure. I really felt that the doctor and his staff took such great care of me. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee for any surgeries.

It is scary finding a good surgeon and staff. Dr Lee is patient, listens, and addresses all of your questions and concerns. I never felt uncomfortable, stupid, or rushed. The best part of my experience was dr Lee's nurse Zahanna. She has a great upbeat personality and makes you feel so comfortable. She called to follow up just like she said she would.

Amazing place! So welcoming and informative and professional and super friendly . I got my breast explant surgery here and am very happy with the results and overall process. Every single person that works here is so kind I cannot express how wonderful they all are! Staff made me feel so comfortable and are so nice Dr too. I cannot believe how amazing Dr. Lee and his entire staff is! I had a breast lift with implants and my results are ten times better than what i pictured! The ladies at the front desk are friendly, very knowledgeable, and treated me like a top priority from the very first time i called them! They answered all my questions, and Z even answered my texts on the weekends after my surgery for anything i was concerned about or had questions about.
They never keep me waiting for my appointments, they are on top of everything! Dr. Lee is outstanding! An artist! I will never let anyone else touch me with a scalpel! I highly recommend him and his fantastic team! Thank you Dr. Lee for making me feel complete!

I've had two procedures by dr Lee and I will never go anywhere else. He is extremely knowledgeable, cares about his patients and wants to make the best decisions with them for their appearance and their health. Dr Lee is is the best surgeon you will find! And the girls in the office are everything to me! Such amazing souls and wonderful friends
