Dr Terris is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He did surgery on 2 toes and solved my problem. The whole experience was pleasant and professional, his staff included.

This cracker would refuse to serve me due to me not having a vaccine! Once he names the long term affects to having a vaccine I will listen?

It appears customer service recieved is tied to VACCINE STATUS! That is disgraceful. If you are ignorantly fearful of a person who is unvaccinated, that is your choice. To take out your misguided resentment on your patients is totaly reprehensible and unprofessional. UPDATE: unvaccinated persons are NO LONGER welcomed. This includes current patients! Dr. Terris is a disgrace to his profession.

Excellent Doctor and staff. He knows his stuff. I was able to get an appointment for the same day.

I had a great experience visiting this office for a injury to my foot. The staff made scheduling the appointment easy. I was able to email them my insurance card and vaccination card to make my visit smooth. They had great safety practices in place making those of us with high risk family members feel safe. I feel like I got exceptional medical advice which will help me recover. The staff was kind and considerate. One of the first doctors I've visited where I felt every person I interacted with was invested in my health.

The receptionist/office manage (not sure what her title is but she's been there forever now and had short black hair) is the snottiest. I never had an issue with anyone there just her. She makes the experience so uncomfortable. This office is on my least recommended to anyone who asks. You're supposed to be respected no matter what especially by the staff involved in your health care.

That is not the case here. I feel so uncomfortable even going here ever again because of her nasty attitude. I never experienced something like this before. Upon check out is when i was spoken to with the utmost disrespect even in front of their trainee. Never going there again. Not okay.

Brandywine Podiatry is a class operation! The doctors are 1st class and the staff is equally as good! I have been a patient there for years and it is been equally as good thru out the entire time. The points I REALLY LIKE are that they don't double book thus are on time! In addition they don't "sell up". Would I recommend them? Well, I just did!

I have been struggling with an unsightly toe fungus for the past 10 years, and have seen many specialists and used many different treatments. Dr. Terris is the only doctor that actually completely resolved my issue, and I am so grateful! Dr. Terris and his staff are genuine, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. The entire process was very easy, and I can't thank Dr. Terris enough for giving me my confidence back!

Went to see the podiatrist here and they are great! My podiatrist was funny, experienced, and had me get an ultrasound of my foot for the pain I was enduring. Unlike the plaid pants clad podiatrist on Foulk Rd who just wanted to give me shot after shot w no results! Turned out I had a neuroma on my left foot and then I was seen by a podiatrist surgeon (a big shout out to Dr. Gruber who is fab) who ultimately removed the neuroma and now I am 8 months going pain free. Yay for doctors who know what they're doing! Thank you so much! Props to you!

My first visit to see Doc Terris, and when I left I felt a lot better! He is so kind and really, really listens to your needs. I've been working with him on a treatment plan, and am well on my way to recovery. The Doc and his staff, Kelly and Amber, really make you feel comfortable and at ease. In addition to the awesome care I received from the doctor they have some of the nicest staff I have ever interacted with at a doctor's office.

Dr. Terris is an excellent doctor who got to the bottom of my problem after being missed diagnosed by 2 other podiatrists. He listened to me & he did a few timely tests to determine my exact problem. He has a wonderful staff who were caring & efficient. I highly recommend!

Dr. Terris practices ethical, knowledgeable medicine. Dr. Terris and his staff are easy to talk with and show concern for their patients. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

Unethical billing practices, possible fraud. Scheduled a consult which was confirmed to be no charge for a quick question in regard to the need for surgery. A three minute no charge consult was billed out to insurance for $150.00. Office management basically take zero accountability and continue to say they do not have authority to do anything. Waiting to hear from the owner. Seems like the office pulls a bait and switch stating that the consult would be no charge then billing insurance behind the patients back.

Total waste of time and money. Feet riddled with arthritis treated swollen ankle as a sprain not to mention she did not even examine or recommend anything for the feet. Prescribed expensive boot for ankle swelling that subsided next day because it wasn't sprained it was arthritis.

Dr Terris surgically fixed my daughter's ongoing problems with her feet. I cannot recommend him enough! He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and cares about his patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else for foot and ankle issues. His office staff is also the best! They are friendly, caring, and terrific with all aspects of an office visit. They called the day after and 2 days after her surgery to follow up and make sure my daughter was comfortable and doing well. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Dr, Terris is excellent. He is very thorough and practical. He has helped me immensely and given me the best advice and treatment options. His office is very well managed minimizing wait time, I highly recommend him for any podiatric needs.

They may very well be good but I wouldn't know because I kept being put on hold. If they're that busy they need help. Too many options for this nonsense!
