Been in this state for 2 years now and this office still doesn't have the updated shot records. Even after asking last year if the kids were up to date on them. Waited till this year's check up reminder to let us know about it. Upon arrival is also when we found out, hay you need a face mask to get in. Jee.thanks a million.

The practice has grown to big and no longer offers a single Dr. that follows the patient and knows that patients history. Nurse practitioners for sick visits, and it is rarely the same one. No follow up for test results without multiple calls, even when an issue is found. Dr. Surey is great if you're fortunate enough to see her. They clearly lack the personal touch that they used to have.

I have argued with these drs. When she has been DIAGNOSED. Dr says no she's fine. So i'd have to send her to the ER. The ER would always start treatments with my daughter until they could get in contact with her PED. and all of a sudden the "plans" to treat would be well let's just sit back and watch with no treatment then send her home. At first I thought they were great I did have to constantly go see them and fight to get something done but when the serious problems starting popping up they would turn us around.
I have had NUMEROUS issues with this place. It had become so bad that I would only bring her if it were for shots & check-ups. I would then have to drive an hour away for anything more than that or rely on the ER. I know alot of people that go to this office. mostly split opinions. Some love this office. Others have had similar experiences. They are all for the most part nice though. Just not the right place for my daughter.
