A terrible hospital that values money over patient care. They now have a permanent helicopter program at this location that has a history and multiple lawsuits of overcharging customers. I will choose to go to norfolk from now on or die from my ailment before returning to this dumpster fire facility. #PatientCare #PatientsMatter

Visiting from Michigan, I had a gallbladder attack. Staff and doctor worked efficiently and quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in a hospital. Doctor Oran was awesome! Couldn't have gone any better! Thank you!

Received excellent care from ER all the way through to Wound Clinic

Back in July 31 st. of 2018, the emergency area, I really needed the hospital Care, and I can say thank you for bringing me back to life, the EMTs responded to my husband's call way early in the morning to me dropping Dead in the hallway of my apartment, they responded fast and I thank you for saving my life. Years past I got to meet these wonderful people who saved me. So in an emergency like this, I think the hospital did a wonderful job and I thank everyone for there care!

I feel like Emergency is a false advertisement when no matter how bad you are, you have to fill the paperwork first and then wait for 30 minutes to get someone to check on you. And the you have to pay a crazy amount of money for that bad service. I wish there was more options in town.

Second time ive came here for a procedure and they cannot make appointments and keep to that time. If u have a 9am appointment u better take the whole day off since u will be waiting for hours. why make appointments then cant keep to them. I had a 10h45 app and they called and made me come in at 9am since they said the appointment had been moved to 9h15. this is ridiculous. Worst hospital on waiting times

A business should never violate the basic rights of its employees or customers. My friend was held down against their will and tested for covid, its part of procedure is what the nurse stated. 8.7.21

The ER nurse who attended me was outstanding: patient, respectful, professional, helpful, and compassionate. Five stars for her, even though she had to do my IV twice. That's ok it's not her it's my tricky left arm vein. We found a good one elsewhere. Give her a raise! As for the ER doctor, I didn't see him for long, just a few minutes, . That's fine.

The reason for docking a couple stars is the doctor ignored my pain. Initial intake I was asked my pain level. I said 7. I assumed I would get pain relief. It never showed up. That doctor left me in pain for hours unnecessarily. He just didn't care I guess. I had to request pain relief five times, over hours, to finally get some shortly before discharge. Is it so hard to order some Tylenol for a patient in level 7 pain?!

Jen in the wound clinic is amazing. She is super caring. When she takes care of whatever you need done you can tell she really cares about you. She always does a wonderful job. Thank you Jen! Me and Seth really appreciate you and hope we get you every time we come in.
