She retired in 2014, but still drops by from time to time, to chat and to catch up with patients and staff. She was an instrumental part of our practice for nearly twenty years. Prior to working with Dr. Sullivan, Teri worked for a personal injury/worker's compensation attorney for two years. Before that she managed Sooner Bowling Center in Norman for 7 years and worked in the OU library as an administrative assistant for 7 years. She is a lifelong Norman resident. Ivy took over as office manager after Teri retired.
We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Norman chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

I want to address a few reviews I have seen here. ( This is my first review ever yay!) I came to Dr. Sullivan after being advised from a friend who also suffered from sciatica. I was in a place where I could not move, walk, or anything. My first experience with a sciatica issue. The doctor did do what some said in their review. Sat me down, talked about my symptoms, put me in a room for the electro therapy for about 15 min and then brought me into the room for the adjustment.
I did have my concerns because in the past I would have Xrays done ect before the adjustment. However, I have been to several chiropractors in my day and Dr. Sullivan is the only one that ever has an end in sight for therapy. What I mean by this is, in the past I have been told by other doctors to come in twice/once a week for several months if not forever.
With Sullivan he outlines a treatment that will put your pain at bay for the long term. Mine was 5 sessions over the span of two weeks and I was able to walk again and started feeling normal. Although I was nervous at my perceived lack of prepping on his part, it seems to not matter if the moves he uses are universal or if he does not do xrays. He does a good job and fast. As for the comments about cost, I am not sure why it is so expensive for you. It is 30$ a visit for me. I do have insurance however.

I feel heard by Dr. Sullivan and his staff, they are professional and friendly. While new patient intake paperwork is necessary, you don't spend an enormous amount of time on it. There has never been a wait time and when I'm in the office, I'm being treated. Dr. Sullivan and his staff use modern techniques that have been very effective, I felt relief after the very first visit.

I went in today after a couple of weeks having excruciating sciatic nerve pain. The first visit cost me $120. I knew the price of the service before I went in so that's not the issue. My issue is that all they did was sit me in the most uncomfortable chair which I could barely even sit on bc of my sciatica, and used an electric shock thing for 12 minutes.
Then he took me to a room and cracked my back twice then asked if I could come back in tomorrow. Mind you each visit after the first cost $60 each. So before the Dr even looked at my back or touched it and while we were still in his office he had then already assesed that I would need between 3-4 visits. That didn't sit well with me because he didn't even look at me yet.
So I am a little hesitant to keep my Monday appointment. I have never been to a chiropractor so I really don't know what's fair. It seems to me like a drug dealer. As in he only makes you feel almost better so you keep coming back. I can't afford to go broke over it.

I liked the clinic and the atmosphere was relaxing, but I felt like he didn't actually look at my pelvis and back alignment before he decided what treatment to take. I went for about 4 visits before I couldn't afford to go back again and was in more pain than before. It turns out I have scolisosis and a lateral shift in my L1-S1vertebrae so now I feel like I wasted my time and money going here.

I could barely turn my head to look for cars while I was driving, to play golf, etc. due to pain and stiffness in my neck. Dr. Sullivan initially gave me great relief, between days 2-6 I noticed a significant increase in energy, focus, and overall mood. I would refer any of my family of friends to go see Dr. Sullivan and his personable assistant Ivy. 2 Thumbs up along with their five star rating.

I strongly recommend this facility if you have any need for a chiropractor. The staff are extremely friendly and Dr. Sullivan is very good at what he does. My back has been hurting for awile, he took care of me right away. I own a small auto repair shop around the corner from him so i need my back to perform my job duties. Thank you so much Dr. I will definitely return to get adjusted
