A diagnostic tool to examine the bladder. During the procedure, the urologist will pass a small camera through the urethra into the bladder to diagnose any issues. No incisions are involved. A small camera is passed through the urethra into the bladder and into the tube that drains the kidney to the bladder (the ureter).
This technology involves the use of a robotic surgical platform - da Vinci surgery - developed by Intuitive Surgical Systems. This system consists of a four-armed robot (one arm controls a high definition camera; the other three arms control instruments), and a console where the surgeon sits to control the robot.

Wish I could give zero stars. The reviews that posted about their poor phone responsiveness, customer service, and knowledgeability is spot on. After 2 weeks of back and (mostly me waiting on hold, leaving messages, waiting for a call back), finally they denied my daughter's case saying they are not a pediatric urologist. When I said their sign clearly states that 3 of their doctors ARE pediatric.

The rude person said I don't know what to tell you, they denied her case because they aren't pediatric. The initial answer I was given for the first denial was because of being out of network. This was from the receptionist who I had to beg even for a reason. Finally she huffed, acted annoyed that I would even ask her for a reason. probably rolled her eyes, and said "Fine!

But they probably aren't going to give you a reason!" She came back quickly and said it's "something about being out of network". So I contacted our insurance who said that they were an in-network doctor so maybe it was a problem with my referring doctor being out of network. So I took her to a different doctor to do the referral. Played the wait on hold for eternity, leave messages, wait game again for 3 days only to have the person finally say they weren't a pediatric urologist.

All the people I spoke to seemed to give zero cares about the level of customer/patient care they gave, also gave wrong information or seemed unknowledgeable. In my experience if the office staff is this rude and uncaring, it's probably a blessing that I didn't take my daughter to any of their doctors.

Would like to receive a call back on test results. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do they take a message and then you never hear from anyone! Did miss a call but of course when I tried to call back no answer. There was never another call back that day. I was told the test results had been received three days ago!

My husband went in as a new patient to try to get his medicine refilled. He took in the bottle of what he needed and showed both the nurse and Dr. Jones. It took 10 days and they called in the wrong prescription. The script they called in was over $500, the compounded one is only $50. Multiple phone calls to them and the pharmacy. Still waiting.so today 13th and still have gotten 5he correct medicine smh

Ability to get to a live person to schedule appointments, or return calls is too difficult. As a CDL driver I can't be on the phone when driving. Missed a call to schedule a follow up appointment. Have tried several times to return the call to no avail. Even left a message to schedule the appointment any morning before 12 noon and text me the date and time. Still no response.

With Covid concerns you should not have your patients wait 20 minutes in a hallway full of people. I was told I needed a follow up visit for injection and dosage instructions and that there would not be a charge. After the 20 + minute waiting I was told my insurance was not in force and I would have to pay $250 for a service that your PA said would be no charge.

I will not return to your office and recommend anyone looking for a urologist to not use Norman Urology. I can't believe a office visit would cost $250 or is that what your company is billing insurance companies? What a scam. Very disappointed! AFTER MY POST I DID GET A CALL FROM A UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHETIC FEMALE FROM YOUR OFFICE. I EXPLAINED THAT IF YOUR PA WAS PRESCRIBING MEDICATIONS THAT WOULD REQUIRE ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT(s) THAT THIS SHOULD BE EXPLAINED UP FRONT, INCLUDING THE COST, AND NOT BE NONCHALANT BY SAYING "JUST DROP BY IF YOU LIKE AND I WILL DEMONSTRATE HOW TO PROPERLY ADMINISTER YOUR MEDICATION", OH AND BY THE WAY IT WILL COST YOU AN ADDITIONAL $250 AND WITHOUT THIS CONSULT I WON'T BE ABLE TO REFIL YOUR MEDICATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO PROBLEMS ADMINISTERING YOURSELF. THE FEMALE WHO PHONED ME ONCE AGAIN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, EXPLAINED SHE WAS ONLY A MIDDLE MAN, AND THAT SHE WOULD SPEAK TO THE PA ABOUT POSSIBLY DOING A VIRTUAL MEETING FOR THE NEEDED FOLLOW UP AND ALSO SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER WHO WAS OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, AND THAT SOMEONE WOULD PHONE ME BACK. GUESS WHAT, NO ONE HAS CALLED! NOW I'M STUCK WITH $165 OF WORTHLESS PRESCRIBED MEDS AND A SADNESS THAT I WILL NEED TO SEEK OUT A NEW UROLOGIST. MAYBE I'M THE ONE TO BLAME FOR NOT ASKING MORE QUESTIONS BUT AS WE AGE WE RELY ON THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO BE OUR ADVOCATES. SAD DEAL!

If I could give a -10 I would. The nurses have always been nice but there was an issue yesterday that I couldn't believe I was actually seeing this. My daughter and I were waiting for her surgery and there was a young black lady with a baby that was in a baby carrier. The baby barely made any noise. The next thing we know the young lady is told she has to leave and wait outside.

She said can I wait in the entry way and they told her no. She told them her car didn't have an air conditioner. Now it was only about 100 degrees. They told her the person she was waiting on would be done in about 15 min. There were many other people waiting for their family to get out of surgery. I would like to know why she was told to leave. I feel bad that I didn't go find the young lady and have her sit in my car until they called her. This is unacceptable!'

I had good experience the first 2 appts. I had an appt scheduled for May 5th & was notified May 3rd it needed to be rescheduled to May 19 at 8:45 AM. I was up early to get ready & was ready to walk out door at 8:33 today when I recvd call they needed to reschedule AGAIN. I was told office tried to call me on the 17th & left vm on my phone which is not true.

I asked why needed to reschedule this time & was told there was emergency & someone else needed to be seen. If emergency why would they know Monday when they said they called me? & since I'd already been rescheduled once why was I chosen second time, especially when my appt was in less than 15 min? I live 5 min from clinic. Then I was told they'd see if they could work me in but I had other appts in the day to keep. That's why the rating.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give this place less than one star I would. As a senior male I am often overwhelmed with an urge to urinate due to an enlarged prostate. Also, I have to get up several times during the night to urinate. This place sent a flyer to my home soliciting business for a procedure called the Euro lift that is supposed to resolve this BPH issue.

I had the surgery at an out of pocket cost of over 5k, and my insurance was billed an additional 15k. Needless to say I received zero relief. I advised the PA of this on a follow up visit, and his response was that I would need more implants. So, I'm thinking that as they did not put in enough implants to begin with that an amended surgery would not cost me due to having already paid. Wrong!

I was advised that I would have to repeat the surgery for additional implants and would have to pay again. This place will be fortunate if I do not sue them for malpractice, which I may do anyway.

I really liked my provider and we had great conversations and explanations about my care. However, contacting this office and actually talking to someone or getting a call back, in my experience, is rare. Their communication with the pharmacy was lacking somewhere as well. Again, I really liked my provider and the folks in the office were always very friendly and kind when I was there, just the contact thing.

Massively overbooked. Waited about 80 minutes past scheduled appointment and gave up. Staff couldn't tell me anything about how much longer or much of anything. Was going to reschedule but next available was well over a month away so said no. Will not be going back to this practice. Would not recommend unless you have nothing better to do. Might be best urologists in Norman, but no good if you can't see them.

There is one snotty woman at the front desk. These doctors expect you to wait 15 or 30 minutes or an hour to see them but if you check in 10 minutes late she thinks she can chew you out and belittle you in front of a roomful of people.

We saw Dr Wilson. He was very kind and compassionate. Answered ALL of our questions. We felt like we were the only pts he had at that time. His nurse is very sweet and also helpful. Surgery is sched soon so I will update after that.

My wife and I had been trying to have children for 2 years. We decided to get checked out and try to figure out why nothing was working. I went to Norman urologist and saw dr. jones. They did the analysis and I had to return to get my results. I saw the P.A. When I returned and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. He literally rolled up on his chair and said "well, you can't have kids" he was smiling like he thought it was going to be a relief to me and it was good news.

Then the jerk was so oblivious that after about 4 questions of why and is there anything I can do he still didn't get it. I finally asked for a referral to a specialist and he said "Why they can't help you". It took everything I had not to come unglued on him. I will never refer anyone to these jerks. But I am glad to say they were wrong and I have an awesome son. No thanks to them.
