Dr. Foote is considered a trusted source in comprehensive eye care for thousands of patients in Southeastern Wisconsin. Dr. Foote takes a personal approach to patient care by listening closely to meet the unique needs of each individual. Based upon a poll of local physicians he is consistently recognized as one of "Milwaukee's Best Doctors" by Milwaukee Magazine and was named "Doctor's Choice". While earning an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, Dr. Foote was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

There were multiple delays in getting the glasses made and delivered that were due to errors or miscommunication on the staff's part. It ended up taking five weeks to receive the glasses. To top it off, they sent the glasses to the wrong location and weren't ready to deliver them when I went to pick them up. Every person I talked to would say something different from the last person I talked to. Totally disorganized, very poor communication, and just terrible overall.

Any time I visit the Milwaukee Eye Care Center, I have excellent service. Dr. Edmonds is an excellent surgeon and the eye car and preparation as well as the aftercare is second to none. He as strong steady agile hands during the surgrty and he is thoughful and caring afterwards to make sure the procedure went well. I would and have highly recommended him to my friends. Dr. Weiss is outstanding. He may not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you what's best and what is realistic. He is very conscious of managing expectations and does not rush the process at all. I am very lucky to have found a Dr. like him. Unfortunately Taylor at the check-out desk does not carry the same integrity or care. She literally threw her pen at the desk when she was done with me and barked at me when the card reader was still beeping & I couldn't see where the pens were.
No greeting, no thank you for payment. Clearly whatever she was going through had nothing to do with me but extending a little grace & courtesy when a patient's eyes are freshly dilated & they are wearing a new prescription so can't really see yet would make for a better payment experience. Despite this experience, the lovely lady who checked me in & Dr. Weiss's expertise will keep me a loyal patient!

Exceptional, expert, kind, warm, hospitable. Dr. Weis has been treating my severe blepharitis for years, and kept me as an artist who depends on my vision managing my dry eye syndrome excellently. There really aren't words to express how truly unique the care has been, and even now with Covid, the precautions are so seamless, making me feel safe being seen for an in-person visit.
