Dr. RIORDAN IS Great, but Some lady phoned Me from his financial office & said I had to pay before my next appointment & So I did. There after they phoned Me the day b4 my appointment and said he couldn't See ME Because I owed More. I FEEL THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS "SIGNEDHISRECEPTIONIST"!

My Doctor had referred me to Blount Orthopedic for a hip issue and told me to expect a call the following Monday. After waiting a month to hear from someone I called my Doctor to say I yet to receive a call. She gave me the address and phone number so I would be able to contact them and said she would be sending another referral as they had likely thrown the original one away.
Today I called to see if they had received the referral and to make an appointment. As soon as I mentioned I am on Badger Care the receptionist acted as if I was something nasty she found on the bottom of her shoe. She told me they are not currently accepting anyone with my insurance plan (they couldn't have at least told my doctor this when she sent the first referral instead of making me wait over a month?) and gave me a phone number for a different place on 109th and Capitol.
This place refused to see me as my primary doctor is not with the Columbia St. Mary's team and I was made to look very foolish. I am just trying to regain my ability to walk properly and not be in agony every waking moment!

Dr John Kroner helped me when other Surgeons were giving me physical therapy and drugs. Dr Kroner GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK when he replaced my hip joint. His son Joseph assisted, he used a posterior approach for perfect placement. The scare is minimal. I cannot tell the difference between my artificial hip and my natural hip. He is awesome, and I hope he is still in practice when I need the other hip done. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
This Doctor is excellent from his bed side manner to his incredible surgical skills. I am only 53 years old, and because of Dr. John Kroner I can live my life without pain! Thanks, you are the BEST!
