My first visit was great. Nurses and doctor was on the ball.this was a emergency referral and i was gotten in immediately and the staff were very welcoming and professional.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I have never felt so poorly treated in a doctors office until I came here. The first nurse was nice-ish, she didnt talk at all really but then I sat and waited for over an hour just to be seen by what I thought was a doctor but it wasnt and all she did was ask the same questions as the nurse and sent me home. Idk what her name was but she was short and her last name started with a B or something.

She was very rude and I didnt get any of the service done that I was expected but then said that I'll have to come in in December but they didnt know a date yet. Dont waste your time

Horrible experience. Naomi the doctor was so rude and impolite. She spoke with an attitude and I dont know if it's because my parents raised me right but back in the day we had to learn MANNNERS. I dont know how someone who treats patients so awful decided to choose this career. I am now looking for a new heart doctor

Niomi is the worst nurse doctor or whatever she is that I've ever been seen by. So disrespectful and insensitive. Dont go here, long wait times and the nurses mix up peoples information

My Mom and Dad are both patients of Dr. Deepak Shah. He has always been super friendly with both of them and very thorough. When my Dad needed a specialist, Dr. Shah called him directly from his cell and had the advice needed and appointment in no time. My Mom always asks him for a hug and he always accepts. Dr. Shah always listens intently to my suggestions on their care because I manage medications and health care for both of them.

He seems to value my opinion. That's how it should be. Doctors who listen to caregivers so that the best plan for the patient can be carried out. My Mom and Dad have both benefited greatly from the care and willingness of Dr. Shah and his staff to work with them no matter the time of day. I am thankful that Lancaster has a top notch physician and staff to help take care of Mom and Dad. That type of care is priceless.

Waited so long in the room just to be asked rudely by Naomi right when she walked in "why I was marked down as emergency" with an attitude. It's sad being treated so poorly when suffering with an illness by health care providers. I reccomend going somewhere else if you want to feel welcomed and safe. Dont waste your time or money when there are plenty of other doctors in the area that actually care about their patients.

My husband has been a patient here for quiet some time. Dr. Ciminelli always have a great attitude to my husband when he comes in. He recently was in the hospital with complications from Covid and Deepak Shah was on call and took very good care of him. He called me every day with an update. I was very pleased with the level of care the doctors extended for my husband. Great level of care and great communication.

Everyone treated me well. Friendly and competent. Doctors are great, and they can get things done.

I've been going to Dr Deepak Shah for many years at Carolina Heart Specialist He is very professional! I don't think I'd be here now if it wasn't for him! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment! A Great Doctors!

Many of the physicians have English as a second language and thus there is the issue of understanding one another. They all seem competent enough though to do what they do. There are 2 or 3 physicians on staff that are from the U.S. and therefore speak English naturally. Their procedures go no further than a heart catheterization or angiogram, angioplasty, etc.

Any more invasive procedures and they refer to Dr. Watts, MD (most of the time) with the Sanger Clinic Heart & Vascular Institute. If not Dr. Watts - an EXCELLENT surgeon by the way - someone within the Sanger Clinic.
