Cornerstone Ear NOSE & Throat

I consulted Dr. Daniel Gerry with difficulty breathing, constant cloudy feeling in the head, sinus blockages and frequent headaches caused due to nasal allergies, sinusitis and Deviated Nasal Septum issues. To begin with Dr. Gerry made a thorough study of and accurately diagnosed my varied/complicated issues. He was patient, thorough and clear in his discussion with me about the pros and cons and possibilities of a treatment plan and suggested a surgery (sinuplasty combined with nasal polyp reduction & DNS correction surgery) which would treat my multiple sinus complications.

This instilled confidence in me to undergo the procedure with him. The doctor, nurses and staff were all very friendly and cooperative throughout my prep for the procedure. I then successfully underwent the surgery with Dr. Gerry and his excellent team of doctors and nurses. Although post operative recovery was a little challenging, he has been fantastic with post-operative care, providing timely & useful suggestions/tips/medication via in-person follow-ups as well as patient portal to cope as and when issues came up. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with my experience thanks to Dr. Gerry's expertise and care in delicately operating and effectively treating my rather complicated array of sinus/nasal issues.

I was happy to report to him of being able to breathe better with no sinus flare-ups/congestion or headaches a month or 2 after the procedure. I also am very satisfied with Cornerstone's Front office staff and their support with Insurance/Appointments/ Billing. They were always proactive, friendly and cooperative. I am very grateful to Dr. Gerry for fixing my sinus issues for good and highly recommend him and Cornerstone for treatment of ENT and sinus issues!

This was my first visit with Cornerstone ENT. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the office staff. Check in was a quick and simple process. I was able to see the physician immediately and found her to be very personable and knowledgeable. Great staff and atmosphere.highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews, but after a bad experience at another ENT, CornerStone was a breath of fresh air. Not only did they get me in immediately, they performed an audiogram the same day. The staff, nurse, and audiologist were very friendly and knowledgeable. It felt more like a dentist office than a doctors office - everyone was personable, knowledgeable, and took time to answer my questions - compared to your typical doctors office that just rushes you out the door. I was having a terrible week and they really eased my concerns. I wish all medical offices were like CornerStone.

I was charged about 90% more than I owed and had to pay before the procedure. When I told the front office girl that that was more than I owed & what my insurance plan said my responsibility would be, she stated that's what they were told to charge. While waiting in the waiting room I heard the girl discussing what I told her with another front office girl as if she were mocking me then they started laughing!

I approached them & asked if they were laughing in regards to me & what we discussed, and of course they denied it & said it was about someone else. I brought this to the doctor's attention, who is the owner, and he said they were two very good workers & maybe I misunderstood them or made an assumption! I told him they shouldn't be discussing ANY patient where other patients could hear.

I felt as though he reluctantly apologized. After the claim processed, they did indeed overcharge me by about 90% then I had to wait to get my money back. The follow up nurse and billing lady were the best part of the ordeal & made sure I got my money back once they were paid by my insurance.

Dr. Gerry was wonderful to work with. He takes time with his patients to help them feel seen and heard and did a great job with my son's surgery. He is friendly, professional and patient with all our questions. I recommend this practice.

Dr. McClellan and staff took time to ask good questions, listen to responses and offer advice about my medical condition without trying to sell me their 'best solution'. I appreciate that the entire staff was concerned with my health and comfort. I have a follow-up appointment and look forward to reporting on improvements.

Last year I had a deviated septum surgery from Cornerstone Ear Nose and Throat and it was the best decision of my life. I never knew how badly I couldn't breathe. The idea of getting a surgery terrified me. I have severe anxiety however Dr. McClelland and the entire team understood my worries, and made me feel comfortable. The surgery itself? Easy!

Only missed a couple of days of work to recover. I didn't have any major bruising or swelling. I looked perfectly normal after the surgery. Within days I could dramatically tell a massive difference in breathing. Before I had issues sleeping. Now? I fall asleep immediately and can breathe deeper than ever before. Normal in office visits? Great! They take time to explain everything in much detail, and the scheduling is super convenient.

It's nice to go to a doctors office where people actually know my name, and my family. My life has GREATLY improved thanks to Cornerstone ENT and you are doing yourself a disservice by not getting a second opinion from them.

I am still in awe over my appointment with Dr. McClelland. As somebody with multiple chronic health conditions, I spend a lot of time visiting doctors. This was my first visit with him, and was undoubtedly one of the best appointments I've ever had. Dr. McClelland spent a LOT of time with me as we navigated a list of issues. His ability to digest, listen, question, and explain is superior. I can't find enough words to express just how appreciative I am.

I've been going to Cornerstone ENT for about 7 months now and I've only ever had very pleasant interactions with the doctors, staff, and billing department. They got me setup on my allergy drops relatively quickly and are always thorough in their check-ups.

This was my first visit with my son (14 yrs old). The entire staff was great from the time we walked in, checked-in, the nurse in the examination room and met with the doctor. My son met with Dr. Henry and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He was able to examine my son and give us a resolution to our concerns. I was highly impressed with this ENT office!
